almost 24 hours the generator stops from 3 to 6 am unless government electricity comes.
I have a UPS for the internet,so you have 24 hours internet.

The space
Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 1940's building. To reach it you will have to use the stairs. It is an extra mile to be done to enjoy this lovely cozy space which is composed of:

- A clean and well equipped 100 sqm apartment.
- fourth floor with a cute balcony
-overlooking Armenia street mar mikhael.
- Walls were all recently painted in white making my apartment the industrial feel.
- Electricity : Currently and due the current situation in the country and due to the absence of the main electricity, the generator provider is not able to cover 24/7 mainly there will be at least 4 hours with no power hopefully this situation will be better soon .
- AC available in all bedrooms and living room.
- Great Wifi internet
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas stove, all basic kitchen ware, a fridge.
- Washing machine.
- Large-size sofa to relax and chill in the wide-open living room.

The Bedrooms : (Description)

*Two bedrooms are available with one bathroom: comforter, sheets, and towels are provided.

* Bathroom: With a WC and a shower head that has great water pressure.

- Keys: You will receive your own set of keys.

** Professional cleaning is done immediately before and after each of our guests **

The space is all yours. Enjoy it while you are there. ;)
Other things to note
This apartment is located in the trendiest part of Beirut where restaurants and pubs abound. Therefore it could be noisy at times specially on weekends.

Check in time is 12 pm. If you plan on arriving early in the morning like 2, 3 or 4 am kindly book the night before.
I can only accommodate early check ins if they don’t conflict with other bookings.

If in case you arrive late and your check in is after 11pm or early morning I can still send you a taxi driver to pick you up from the airport and check you in for a very reasonable price.

Please do not throw toilet paper inside the toilet it is 1930 building the pipes are narrow.

An important note to he take into consideration:

A backup power is provided during the main electricity cut off with a capacity of 10 AMH where you can turn aircons but can't use washing machine and got water in case you need to use any of these you should turn off other alliances accordingly

On other note : Due to the current situation in the country and to the Un-Availability to the fuel. The generator providers are not able to cover 24/7 power anymore so.mainly there will be at least 4 hours with no power with the hope that our government find a solution
