Sporting the best location, views, and amenities all in one package. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner suite is located on the top floor of the historic Levy Building. Original exposed brick, 11’ ceilings, and 8’ gallery windows spread warm light to every room across the 2276 sq ft space. The building's original 1880s feel has been preserved while providing luxury finishes, bedding, and every modern amenity. The suite also boasts rooftop patio access providing spectacular river and city views.
The Levy Building is centrally located to many of Louisville's popular attractions and amenities:
- Kentucky Int'l Convention Center: 100 feet
- Yum! Center: 500 feet
- Derby City Gaming: 500 feet
- Whiskey Row: .2 miles
- Actor's Theater: 500 feet
- Churchill Downs: 4.1 miles
