The house was fantastic. By family enjoyedthr golf carts. My only concern was the long walk to the beach.

Thank you for your review. We are so happy you loved the home and golf cart! The beach is about 1.5 miles from the house. Most people drive, as there is paid and free parking available. We look forward to seeing you again.

Just got back from an 8 night stay and had the best time. House was perfect for our family of 5. The golf carts add much fun to the experience. Hosts are very friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would definitely stay again.

This area and home are excellent, and I will definitely book again! The layout and size was perfect for our family! While it was not a deal-breaker, there were several cobwebs that had been overlooked during the general cleaning. The additional golf cart rental was a significant advantage. Unfortunately, the charging portal located under the seat was held together with tape and a zip tie, making it difficult to consistently charge.

Sandestin never disappoints!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The neighborhood feel for the rental house is what keeps bringing us back. Great place to walk or ride bikes. Nice pool area. Shade trees, beautiful flowers, and the perfect place for a family vacation.

Great location and great house!

House was everything someone could ask for. Was hesitant not staying beachside but made the right decision. Easy to get to the beach and better location for shops and wharf. Would stay here again!

Friends and Family Getaway

The house is beautiful. We had plenty of room for our group of 8. Location was perfect because we have friends that own a house around the corner. Very convenient with easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend reserving the golf carts to get around the neighborhood and to the beach.

June 2025 Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Laurel Grove. The home was clean and worked well for our family. The only issue we had was with the washing machine. Other than that, I would highly recommend this home and would definitely consider staying there again.

Way too cold for an honest opinion

First of all - Do something about the cold weather and especially the 5 inches of snow that hung around for days. Secondly, the TV setup was poor. We had to get someone in there to help. Was never able to stream programs. Thirdly, we did not expect to have to dispose of roaches. One a day for 4 days. We maybe are not good ones for a review. We left Florida a week early mainly due to the cold weather and snow. Sorry, but we would not rent this house again.

Hello, I wish we were able to control the weather and any bugs trying to escape the weather :) If we would have know you were having any issues with the TV's we would have been happy to assist.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent time. Close to everything but yet far enough away to feel private. After a long day at the beach it was nice to have the shade on the back patio and watch the kids fish. Spacious inside and never felt like we were all on top of each other. One issue resolved immediately with a phone call. Very responsive to any questions we had. The area is beautiful. Zero complaints and ready to book for next year. Already recommended to several friends with families.

Our stay at 1282 Laurel Grove

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience at this house was excellent. The home is very nice and location is amazing. The management staff was great and very helpful. The only negative was that our dryer stopped working 2 days into our stay. And it was not able to be replaced until after our departure. We had to transport our laundry to other locations which was quite a bit of a hassle. Especially with having to wash/dry towels each day.Other than that it was absolutely great.
