We had a great trip and the property was excellent. Our host Bill was great from responding to questions to checking with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. If we travel back to the area we will definitely stay there again.

Great Stay!

We came for my sons UA junior nationals. The location was perfect, cottage was clean and had anything you needed for your stay. The beds were also very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we come back!

Beautiful property and amenities. Love the singer island Beach access.The condo location was beautifulThe condo could use some new towels and a little work. The trifold closet doors were coming off and the larger slider door on the porch was very hard to open and needs new window covering.The owner was very attentive and availableto all of our questions

Thank you for your constructive comments. I checked with the Maintenance team and they said the closet doors were not broken but simply pulled off the track and easily placed back on track. I am surprised at the towel comment because I had purchased 6 new sets last fall. I will replace immediately . The slider doors are in fact heavy and i will have additional WD_40 added to the track. All the recent and older reviews never mentioned any issues with the items above but i will address immediately . Enjoy your summer.

Perfect place for our stay!

This condo was perfect! Great location, clean, comfortable and perfect for the four of us. Bill was very easy to work with and very accessible for the few up front questions we had. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Fantastic Place

My wife and I could not have been happier with our stay. The condo is incredibly clean and well kept. Would absolutely stay here again - the nature watching from the patio was awesome.

A complete master bathroom renovation with an all-glass walki-in shower enclosure with a rainfall shower head and bench seat. New furnishings in the living room and new accessories throughout. Great Rental

Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was perfect for my family, so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching golfers from the patio and walking the sidewalks of the PGA resort! Great location!

Stay at Club Estate Villa

Enjoyed staying on the PHA grounds! Nice location! Very comfortable house! Would recommend providing soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms!

Nice cottage among several attached cottages. Super location and view of the golf course. Ice cold air conditioning the way it should be in Florida. Very lucky to have found this option for the AASHTO Construction Conference rather than the rooms at the resort.

Excellent Stay

Everything was absolutely wonderful and the passes to Singer Island was definitely a plus. Excellent location and beautiful home. Everything was clean with a beautiful view to the golf course and close walking distance to all of the amenities at the PGA resort. Truly loved my time here.
