The perfect place for us! We had a family gathering in town and this was the perfect check point for all of that. We made lots of food in the well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were very good, but the master bath was so so nice! Very happy with our stay!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sylvia was a wonderful guest! Communication was easy and pleasant, and she took great care of the house. We’re very happy she and her family enjoyed their stay. We would gladly welcome Sylvia back anytime and highly recommend her to other hosts!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Caleb was a wonderful guest. Great communication, very respectful, and left the home in excellent condition. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. We would gladly host him and his family again anytime. Highly recommended!

Helping with father on hospice, brought our dogs and the place was perfect with fenced yard. House was a perfect size. Covered parking helped with Floridas downpours. Conveniently located. The owners were prompt on communication and worked well with our circumstances.

Great location

Just what we needed while work being done on our home. Host was quick to respond and was flexible in allowing us to extend our stay as our work at home was not completed as promised. Quiet area yet close to everything.

This is an amazing get away with a house that is stocked with conveniences like coffee maker, air fryer, washing, machine, dryer, garbage, disposal, dishwasher, and absolutely amazing accommodations in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great Place

We were very pleased with Martin’s place. It was very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked to cook practically anything. TP, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry and dish soap were all well stocked. The available cooler was nice bonus. We will stay here again. Thank you!

Clean comfy & convenient

Visiting friends in Punta & Marco. Area is convenient to that with plenty of local amenities(fast food,gas,carwash restaurants) House is very nice & updated. Perfectly laid out with ample size rooms. Nice big kitchen & Bed was comfortable. Coffee station a nice plus! Screen porch is a great addition & for us a fenced yard is a deal maker with the dogs. We had great experience with Martin as well. We Will def use again when visiting the area.

Great house

We stayed in the house for two months while our new house was being completed, and even weathered two hurricanes while we were there with no damage to the house. The host Martin was always available when needed, and was very accommodating when we had to keep extending our stay. The house was very cozy, and decorated beautifully. Everything is updated and new in the house. It was the perfect house to stay in with our dog. There is a fenced-in area for the dog in the backyard, and it was a great neighborhood to walk him everyday. It is a quiet neighborhood and all the neighbors were very friendly.
