Fully remodeled, it offers new appliances, furniture, equipped with smart home technologies and a luxury smart toilet. Pacifica Municipal Pier provides front-row seats to marine life. Only 15 mins to SF or SFO, this location is ideal. Whether seeking relaxation or adventure, our remodeled apartment is your gateway to a Pacifica lifestyle.
Other things to note
Similar to the majority of homes in the area, our residence does not have air conditioning. However, with the cooler local temperatures, opening the windows allows ocean breezes to naturally cool the space.
Any unregistered guests or pets, regardless of overnight stay, will incur a fee of $200 per day per guest/pet, unless prior approval has been granted.

The smart toilet, with automatic open/close lid and auto flush, adds a touch of comfort to your stay.
Complimentary on-site parking: A designated parking spot is reserved for your use in the driveway at no additional cost.
We share one wall with a neighbor and have a downstairs neighbor in the bedrooms area. Kindly keep sound and movement low after 9 pm to ensure a serene atmosphere.
