Wonderful tiny cabin. We had a great visit celebrating my husband’s birthday. Very clean with beautiful views of the natural beauty and wildness surrounding it. Was able to get some fantastic photos of the sunset from the front porch as well. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Great little house

Loved staying at this little house. The view is amazing and it’s close to downtown Julian. Kitchen is very well equipped. Woodpeckers will tap on the windows in the morning which is no big deal. Didn’t love dealing with the very steep driveway but that was our only complaint. Would stay here again.

Lovely property and great host!

Quiet, beautiful and private. Loved the serenity of this property. The views were to die for. Host was very communicative and responsive. We experienced a little hot water issue and she jumped right on it to get it fixed. Really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend her properties.

Wonderful weekend away in the woods!

It’s always nice to getaway from the city. The drive through the winding hills and the small towns was idyllic Americana. So many opportunities to try the apple cider or talk with local farmers. The cabin is tucked into the hills in a sparsely populated wooden hillside. Peace, tranquility, and nature surrounding you as you gaze from the porch and drink some coffee. You’ll hear turkeys, woodpeckers, and other various woodland creatures stirring through the scenery. The turkeys and peacocks spend the dark hours in the trees around the cabin. So close to the window, it feels like you can almost touch them. Bbq, fire pit, or just sit on a log and take in your escape. Inside you’ll find a forest cabin vibe with quilts, wooden decor, and comfort all day long. This cabin boasts a large kitchen and dining table with plenty of appliances and cookware to suit your culinary needs. I was a huge fan of the stained glass window in the bathroom. It really brought a level of class and elegance to the already stunning property. Inside the bedroom you’ll find a very comfortable bed (not too soft and not too firm) that Goldilocks would sleep soundly in. Don’t worry about entertainment, they got a tv with plenty of movie choices for all genres and ages. Overall, if you are looking for a woodland weekend away, or longer, book this now. Bonus..pet friendly!! We will definitely come back again and again.

Terrible experience!,

The drive was so steep it tore a hole in my tire trying to leave. It was only way out and was so steep I was not able to climb to road to walk. Steps to apartment was 20 wooden steps, I just had knee replacement and this was not something I could do and I had small dog that had to go out during the day. Owner told me just to stay in. I had to leave the second day. Asked the owner to work with me because I paid up front for 31 days and she refused saying it was my choice to leave. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE !!! Worst experience I have ever had.

Great 4th of July stay

Lovely views from this pristine home! Our dog was ever so grateful to avoid fireworks by visiting Julian on the 4th. Thank you very much for sharing your house with us!

Treehouse above the clouds

Peaceful place for 2 people and dogs. We really enjoyed bird watching and listening to turkeys roosting in trees and woodpeckers nearby. Comfortable bed. The internet was a bit slow/sporadic-fine for a short stay, but difficult for remote work. Owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns.
