The cabin was wonderful, clean. We enjoyed the view the coziness at the cabin. The spa was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable.

We came to the Tree House for our 21 year anniversary. My husband, and our three children (12, 10, 8). Breathtaking views, super-comvenient and comfortable cabin with all the amenities easily accessable and available. I wish we could stay longer - thank you for a great time!

The pictures of this place are great, but in reality, it is even better, One of our favorite stays. Saw lots of stars, including a shooting star and even Venus. Loved it.

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. The cabin is well maintained and has a very clean and secluded spa. We were able to stargaze from the outdoor deck and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.The lake is only a 5-minute drive away, where you can rent kayaks or take a walk around the lake. We also enjoyed spending time on the deck watching birds and squirrels run by. It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Everything was just right. We had a lovely time. The home had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rockers for a movie night. And of course, the deck was spectacular! Thanks for hosting us!

The cabin was absolutely AMAZING! The pictures of the deck on the site dont do it justice- more spectacular in person. My wife and I spent our anniversary weekend just relaxing and enjoying the amazing views. The cabin has everything you need and we appreciated how secluded you feel in the woods on the property. The hidden trails on the private grounds were much larger than we expected and we enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels visit every morning. Check-in was a breeze and Rick was great, even checking on us to ensure everything was as expected. Highly recommend and we will be back.

The best VRBO rental we've ever had! Rick was excellent with communicating everything we needed to know. He even followed up with us after our first night to see if everything was acceptable or if we needed anything. The cabin was quiet, immaculate and a real gem.

Everything about our recent stay at The Tree House was excellent. My family was looking for a place to get away, relax, and enjoy nature and the stars. This home delivered all of that, and more. It is a very unique property nestled in the mountain just above Lake Cuyamaca, offering total peace and quiet. The hot tub did not disappoint, as that was one of our must haves. Communication with the host was excellent and he answered all of our questions. We have already recommended the property to friends and family and we will definitely come back.

The 'tree house' did not disappoint. All the amenities we expected and more. I think we got to see one of the world's largest pinecones ... those trees were amazing. Be aware that there are about 90 steps up to the house from the parking area, but once you are in, it's just wonderful. All the amenities of home but the feel of a cozy cabin. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub, but the porch and deck were so very enjoyable in the mornings and nights. It was also a very easy drive in to Julian and the surrounding area. We saw sooooo many stars and golden eagles. We can't imagine finding a better experience at the price.

Relaxing. Quiet. Private. My husband and I came here for my birthday and we were not disappointed! The spa was heavenly! The lookout point was very relaxing. The host was very attentive. The house was very comfortable and we had everything we needed… and then some!

Had an excellent time at the beautiful Tree House! It was warm and cozy, has beautiful views, ideal for relaxing and just what we needed to unwind. We had fun exploring the lake and town of Julian, and the hot tub was perfect for destressing. Would definitely come back to stay!

Our stay was fantastic! The property went beyond what was advertised. The cabin is a small cabin nestled in the woods, secluded, quiet, and private, with too many ammenities to list. Check in was seamless, and Rick, our host, was very responsive in his communications. So much thought has gone into making sure guests have everything they might need for an amazing stay, with many small touches that were unexpected. We would definitely stay again!
