Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in country setting on one flat acre , with plenty of parking . Close to Will Rogers Downs and Cherokee Casino. 5 miles to turnpike gate off highway 44 & close to route 66.
The home is newly built & everything is new. All new appliances & a new 58" smart tv. House has a cabin vibe to it with rustic decor, including a wood burning stove. Decorated for the season.
We would love to have you stay.

Had a fabulous stay, very peaceful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Duane was very responsive and helpful...a host with the most! I highly recommend this place.

This was a wonderful place for us to stay the week. Everything about it was great. We have family that lives in the area and we had them over just to show how nice the property was. We definitely will be returning in the future.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Barninium. Very comfortable, clean & everything you would need was provided. Duane & his wife very cordial & welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re staying in this area.

Nice stay

Very comfortable and well-equipped. The cozy barndominium had everything we needed for our stay. The yard was beautiful and we appreciated the laundry facilities and plentiful coffee.

Slept Well

Quiet, peaceful, and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Well stocked with plenty of blankets, towels, coffee, and laundry detergent. If we return to the area, we would definitely like to stay again.

Cozy and convenient

The place is clean, cozy and comfortable. Attention was given to smaller details that made our stay that much better. You will find most home necessities available here.

Perfect for a long stay

Duane has the perfect country property. This was a great location. I plan to use this every time I have a tech doing project work for Google in Pryor Oklahoma. It was clean, delivered on everything we needed for this stay. Thank you!

Cozy Place to Stay

The cozy barndominium was just as described! It was very clean, warm and within close proximity to family and activities. It was great to have a full refrigerator and stove to make some sides to take for Thanksgiving at the family's. It was cold outside but very cozy inside! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay, Duane!

birdominium!

We had a quick long weekend exploring Tulsa for Mom’s Day. The bardominium was a perfect quiet place to strategize on places to visit and Duane was a great host. Very easy to find and some of the best birding was right in the front yard! We saw all sorts of nature at Oxley, Turkey Mountain, and Deep Fork. Awesome trip.

This was our second stay at this location. So that in itself makes a positive statement. Host has the place nice and clean. It was everything we expected. There were even landscaping improvements made around the home. I hope to go back again. Thanks Duane Steve and Arleigh

This is an excellent property. Very clean, well maintained and private. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! You need to stay here. It’s worth every penny!

What an AWESOME place!

This is one great place to stay. Very easy to find and is very private. The cleanliness was first rate, the Barndominium has everything a person needs and more. Communication with Duane was awesome. Everything to the last detail was very clean and user friendly. The area has plenty of places to eat and things to do. Fuel and I-44 is very close. We had a great stay. If you are going through the area, please stay here. Thank you!!!
