Welcome to The Hill Country! Relax with the whole family at our brand new, peaceful home. Enjoy our private four bedroom house, nestled amongst oak trees with a large covered deck and fire pit. Dripping Springs is the wedding capitol of Texas and we are conveniently located to many of the best wedding venues, wineries, distilleries, and breweries. We are home to The Dripping Springs Songwriter's Festival and guests flock to this area to see the beautiful night skies. We are just 20 minutes west of The Live Music Capitol of The World (Austin, Texas). The Arlo is 1/2 mile away. Chapel Dulcinea is 10 minutes away. Radha Madhav Dham is 6 minutes away. The Terrace Club is 14 minutes away. We allow pets (with a fee) and have a fenced area to contain them when outside.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family of five, incredibly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well stocked with everything from pots and pans to coffee and snacks. Our host was so responsive and went above and beyond. We loved it so much we tried to extend another week, but it was already booked! Would absolutely stay here again

This was such a spacious cute place to rent while our daughter got married right down the road at the Arlo. Property owners checked in on us during our stay and made checking in and out so easy.

My daughter and I had a fantastic time staying at Lynn-Marie's house! All the rooms feel completely brand new and are absolutely beautiful and we had all we needed and even more! The ammenities that come with the house couldn't be any better and Lynn-Marie was excellent to communicate with, very responsive, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this house to anybody looking for a place to stay in the area!!

We had a fantastic stay at Lynn-Marie's property! She was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating for our early check-in. The property was even better than described with nice attention to detail. (The primary bathroom was particularly lovely.) The location is beautiful and peaceful, and our dogs enjoyed the ample yard, part of which was fenced, a nice convenience. It was close to the venue we were attending, as well as a number of other fun locations. We would certainly stay again, should another event in the area pop up. Thanks so much, Lynn-Marie!

Very clean, plenty of space, a bit off the beaten path but ideal for a quiet stay in the Dripping Springs area. Owner was very quick to respond to questions I had.

Better than advertised!

We spent four nights in this beautifully organized and stocked home. It was much better than described on the website! We especially appreciated how clean it was. We would love to stay again! Great neighborhood and location. Excellent communication.

Clean, great location

Overall the house was very clean, communicating with the owner was very easy and they helped us with our needs right away. Close to many wedding venues, breweries and an H.E.B for groceries. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. The only thing I would say needed restocked was ziplock bags. Lovely place to stay.

We allowed a four hour early check in for this guest and monitored the heat and AC to keep them comfortable because they didn’t know how to work the thermostat. We strive really hard for 5 star reviews and are surprised that the lack of a zip lock bag prevented a 5 star review. Thanks for the input and I’ll make sure to restock those baggies.

Awesome and convenient to Arlo

Family of six. This place is extremely clean and 1/4 mile away from the Arlo wedding venue. Very nice sheets and comfortable mattresses. We didn't cook but it has everything you need to cook a big meal. Anyone attending a wedding at the Arlo will definitely appreciate this gem. Hosts were great as well.

Restful Stay

Lynn-Marie was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Her property was furnished and supplied with everything we needed. We even accidentally broke a lamp and she was gracious with us and helped us settle it easily. My wife and I had a fire in their fire pit the last night and it was relaxing and beautiful outside. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Where do I start?? From the easily found directions for WiFi, the ample provisions, the absolutely spotless space to the beautiful property, lovely front porch and grounds and to top it off, it’s close proximity to the wedding venue, The Arlo, we were amazed. It was the perfect place. We actually chose it over the wedding hotel in town and we were not disappointed. Absolutely anything you could imagine needing was already there. The beds were very comfortable and the house feels so spacious. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We actually hope another occasion pops up where we can rent again. The host was easily reached and quickly responded. Thanks again!!
