Are you looking for an Awesome Waterfront unit to enjoy your beach vacation? Come and stay at Seahaven Suites here on the Island in Corpus Christi. You will feel right at home and ready for the beach in the updated 1 bedroom with a king bed. Designed for a single or couple but the couch does fold out for a group of 4! Perfectly situated to sample all of Corpus Christi's favorite outdoor pastimes like beaching at the Whitecap Beach, birding at Mustang Island State Park and of course fishing!
**The space**
This property is a very pretty end unit, single within a boutique 9 unit waterfront complex designed exclusively for short term stays. This downstairs unit has a beige on white paint scheme, updated granite waterfall breakfast bar and wrapped mirrored bathroom with walk in shower. Access to our shared pool / hot tub, and ample outdoor space. The complex has great waterfront for fishing and crabbing in our own private honey hole. Seagulls, pelicans, herons and cranes are constant companions on the property. 150' of brand new docks and slips. Unobstructed views down the canal with beautiful sunsets views.
Kitchen - Fully renovated kitchen cabinets in 2023 with an electric stove, toaster oven, multicolored arabesque backsplash and a high-end granite counter top. Breakfast bar setting for 3. Fully equipped, comes with:

- Living Room - Open living room with 72 inch sleeper couch and complementary sitting chair and poof. 4 person dining set with beach themed place mats. Monopoly / Scrabble and a poker card set are included in the coffee table. The living room has an electric fireplace for great colors and LED candles throughout.
– Bedroom : This is the bedroom with a very comfortable King-sized bed set against a shiplap wall. The room has a fan with a remote and a 50 inch TV. The bedroom has a large 4 drawer wardrobe and custom granite desk and lamp. The nightstands have USB charge ports below the lamps. The closet area also has a built in LED mirror. Crown molding is lighted with a dimmable wall switch.
– Bathroom: Large bathroom with wall to wall mirror and a walk in shower with teak shower bench. Large L shaped granite vanity with a lighted magnifying mirror and sitting area.
– Utility Closet: Iron / full size ironing board are in the closet off the kitchen. We also include a beach cooler, along with a broom and dustpan. Top mount washer / dryer also inside this closet.
-Outdoor area: Our sunshaded pool is right at the water’s edge and is an excellent place for photos and relaxing. There are multiple loungers within the pool area and many sitting areas along the 150-foot deck. Try our hot tub after a great day of beaching! We have accent lights at night and multiple grilling station for cook outs. This space has 3 outdoor dining tables at the bulkhead. (First come first serve) This is a great space for enjoying our beautiful canal in good company.
150' of docks wrap the entire complex at the bulkhead. 2x 20' slips, and multiple other places to tie up boats. The central dock has benches, a built-in table with seating for 6, an outdoor kitchenette and large fish cleaning station with ice chest. This dock has electrical power and is lit at night. We have 2 stainless steel fishing holders.
-Guest access: Guests will be able to access their unit as well as the common areas of the complex around the pool and by the bulkhead.
-Interaction with guests: Normally I am not available to socialize onsite but my co-hosts Ms. Lutchie or Ms. Ashley are available by phone or on site to answer any questions or concerns.
This unit has 1 designated parking spaces. Please be mindful of the parking. The parking spaces listed 7B is clearly painted in yellow. There is ample street parking. Large trucks may use my designated "Guest Parking" Trailers should be placed in one of our two designated “Trailer Parking" spots.
General Disclosures for all guests AKA House Rules
OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Occupancy limits are posted and confirmed at time of reservation. If guests exceed the occupancy limits agreed upon at the time of the reservation, the guest will be asked to leave without a refund. Exceptions to the occupancy limit are only made for infants under the age of three. Additional visitors must also be pre-approved by our management team. Four guests are included in the standard booking price. Each guest after 4 has a charge of $30 per guest per night.
DAY USE: Only guests listing on the booking shall be able to enter the property and utilize our facilities and fishing areas. We do not offer a “day use” where friends and family not directly listed as guests may come and stay during the day. Seahaven management should be informed, and in most cases will approve, luncheon and dinner request to bring unregistered guests inside the units for small get-togethers. We will not grant pool access, facility access, nor fishing spaces to unregistered guests.
LINENS & STAINS COSTS: Replacement costs for lost or stained items below-
$50 - Linens, $25 - Bath towels, $10 - Pillowcases, $5 - Hand towels, $50 – Comforters. $75 – missing Beach cooler
SMOKING / VAPING: Smoking or vaping is only allowed on the private patios, decks or by the canal NOT inside the home. Residual marijuana or cigarette odor will result in a $500 charge for professional cleaning services.
PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed at the property with a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. We have a grass area in front of the building for dogs. Fees will be charged as follows and are segregated by size (under and over 25lbs).
7 day booking or less: $130 for 1 dog over 25 LBs or up to 2 dogs under 25lbs. $100 for a 2nd dog over 25 lbs.
8-29 day bookings: $260 for 1 dog over 25 LBs or up to 2 dogs under 25lbs. $130 for a 2nd dog over 25 lbs.
30 days or greater: $400 for 1 dog over 25 LBs or up to 2 dogs under 25lbs. $200 for a 2nd dog over 25 lbs.
Please keep your dogs always leashed within the property and please do not leave your dogs unattended inside the unit unless they're in a kennel. If an unreported pet is found to be staying in the property, the guest may be charged $500.00 and will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
Service Animal: A dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. No pet fees will be applied.
Emotional Support Animal: A dog that provides companionship, relieves loneliness, or helps with depression, anxiety, or certain phobias but is not required to have special training to perform tasks that assist people with disabilities. Standard charges for pet fees will be applied.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in and check-out instructions will be included with your reservation confirmation. Check-in time is 3:00pm. We never know what may happen prior to a guest’s arrival so early check-ins are not guaranteed but may be accommodated depending on availability. Check-out time is 11:00am. You may arrange for a late check-out, if available, for a fee of $25/hour. Any guest staying past 2:00pm will be charged for an additional day of rent.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Cancellations made between 14 - 8 days will receive 50% refund for cancellations. Cancellations 7 days or less from check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. We recommend that guests purchase Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
HURRICANE AND MANDATORY EVACUATION POLICY: We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance for stays during hurricane season - June 1st through November 30th. In the event of an evacuation of Padre Island, whether voluntary or mandatory, we will not issue refunds nor will we move the reservation to alternative dates. If you have declined travel insurance, you shall not be entitled to a refund.
GUEST: Upon arrival the guest agrees to notify property owner or management team of any damage to the property. Guests agree to accept responsibility for all damage caused by negligence or willful disregard by guests or members of their party.
NEIGHBORS: No loud music or parties. Please respect the neighbors as you would in your own neighborhood. Guests shall not use rental or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purposes or in any manner that interferes with other residents on the property. Violations of this rule could result in immediate eviction. Please observe speed limits at all times. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Should you have a problem with noise coming from another unit please contact our staff or the local police department.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS: Check the property carefully before leaving. Property owner and staff will not be responsible for items left in properties after check-out. Please notify Seahaven management as soon as you realize you’ve forgotten something, and we will make every effort to locate and return lost and forgotten items when the property is unoccupied but there is no guarantee they will be found. If a guest leaves an item on the property and wishes to have it mailed back to them they will be required to pay for the postage as well as a $50 service fee. Any forgotten items must be retrieved within 10 days, or they will be donated to a local charity.

Originally from Lockhart, TX (BBQ Capital of the world!) Always enjoyed coming down to the 3rd coast. I moved to Padre is 2016 and I love it here. I don't have any allergies anymore, which was huge. There was no grand design. I fell in love with my 1st property here and never looked back. I was also sold because of Dock's seafood and the snapper and shrimp.

I have spent years updating and making all my properties as good as they can be. I'm always trying to improve. 2025 has been the year of tearing out and redoing the docks and slips. The all came out gorgeous. This was the last piece needed to make my complexes the best in N. Padre Island.
