Leave your worries behind and come stay at our "Lazy Days" Retreat. Lovely home with plenty of space to bring the entire family. Large table, bar with chairs, and a fully stocked coffee cart. Comfy beds with luxury linen. Propane grill for outdoor entertaining. Amenities to include wifi and smart tv's for streaming, dvd player with a collection of movies, family board/card games, and corn hole in the backyard. Close to both Lake Texoma and Choctaw Casino. Queen size air mattress with pillows and linen also provided.

This was a great house, perfect for our family. Everything was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed! Will was a great host with good communication. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was very clean and amenities were great and Wil was very responsive.. Our only complaints were the front steps need repair and the bedroom with the twin beds needs blackout curtains.

Mostly as expected from the booking description. I would recommend a more secure front door lock. The dead bolt is programmed with a code that can be accessed from outside to anyone who has the code. Repairs during our stay required a repair crew to have the code which was expected yet this did allow him access to the property at anytime since he knew the front door code. There is not an additional lock that is available for inside guest only. Otherwise no problems with the property or our experience.

Great property! We wanted a weekend getaway to the casino but the rooms were booked. We booked this property and it worked out better for us! It’s not far from the casino, and also close to local shops, a winery, and restaurants. We never would have come across any of this if we stayed at the casino. This is a very clean property- we had 5 adults and there was more than enough room. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Retreat

The place was very nicely decorated inside, and even included a complimentary bottle of wine. We like the stay and although it was short this time, we’d come back at the next opportunity.

Weekend in Durant

We needed a nice place for the family to stay while we were in Durant for our daughter’s graduation from SOSU. The property location was nearby and suited our needs at a good price. If she graduates again, we’ll definitely consider booking again.

Short stay

There was a bit of miscommunication with the owner and housekeeping and the place wasn’t cleaned between the last visitors and us. As it was a holiday, communication with Will was delayed and we just decided to clean the place ourselves and wash the linens. Will did reach us later and offered to make things right and we accepted his gesture. Other than that, the place wasn’t bad and is not too far from things to do including the Casino. It is in what we would consider a trailer park with similar homes but the stay was pretty quiet.

Texoma area is our home. Wil grew up in Southern Oklahoma, and Sherri in North Texas. Wil taught high school algebra and geometry for 15 years, and Sherri has been a nurse for over 20 years. We are both local Realtors, and have grown our love for real estate into hosting vacation rentals. We hope you love this area as much as we do. Full service laundry with washer and dryer, washer pods, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board, laundry basket. Dishwasher with detergent pods provided. Outdoor propane grill provided with grilling utensils. Outdoor entertainment to include sitting area on front porch, corn hole boards, and ladder ball. Indoor entertainment to include dvd player and large selection of movies, board games for all ages and puzzles, children's reading books, coloring books with colored pencils, small nintendo game that connects to the TV.
