We loved our stay at the condo! The space was perfect for 4 adults and 4 littles.The condo was very clean and comfortable and the beach views are amazing! I had a few questions before our trip and was answered by the host almost immediately. Check in was easy and everything we needed for our stay was right there!

Very nice condo. Worked well for our party of 6 adults and one toddler. Fantastic location overlooking the beach. Excellent communication from the owner. It was a wonderful week of vacation with the family.

Our room was a second floor oceanfront room with wonderful views. The master bedroom has ocean views to wake up to. The condo was Spacious and clean with all needs for a week stay. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for our family’s fall break get away. It has everything you need beach chairs, cooler and a wagon! Great view from the balcony, very peaceful. Definitely would come back in the future!

Winter Stay In a Beautiful Spot

The condo was great for us! Great location and a perfect view even on winter days. The host was great to work with and was responsive to all questions. We are truly grateful for our time in Destin.

Family Vacay 2025

This 3 bedroom unit was perfect for 2 couples traveling with 4 kids. The sleeper sofa was perfect for the teenager, and the bunk bedroom was perfect for the littler kids. The 2 adult bedrooms are also on opposite ends for privacy. Beautiful corner views of the ocean. The beach is closer than it appears in the photos. We had a Great stay.
They arranged a special surprise for the anniversary couple.

Beautiful condo with amazing view

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean and inviting. It also had everything we could need for are stay, including beach chairs and umbrella’s. The property is well maintained. Dewanna the property manager was incredibly helpful with any questions we had. I can not say enough good things about our stay!

We so enjoyed our stay in Destin at Jade East Towers. The condo was beautiful and very relaxing. We enjoy our breakfasts and dinners on the balcony. The pool is gorgeous and just a short walk to the beautiful beach!! DeWanna, the property manager was phenomenal to work with for our stay. Also, with a gated entrance from road and beach we felt safe at all times. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful and relaxing vacation!! God bless!! -Tammy

Great location

The check in process was very easy. The condo was super organized and neat, beds comfortable and more than enough towels for our group. Use of a washer and dryer was also great. Location was everything. The view in the morning is everything!!! Easy access to beach and umbrellas. Can’t wait till next year!

The condominium was clean, with beautiful views. The only issue was the teflon pots and pans were all scratched up. We had to buy our own while there. Which we shouldn’t have had to do. Also there s/b enough kitchen garbage bags for the week another thing we had to purchase. All in all we would stay here again. The host was very responsive when we needed to contact them. Also there are 3 elevators but only one was working most of the time. Which was not ideal for trying to get out luggage and everything else we bought in.

So sorry for the inconvenience on the pots and pans, I would've definitely had some sent to you for your stay, and will be more than happy to refund them if you left them. The owner checked in right after you and I will contact him on this. I try to inform all guest that we supply certain items( trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hrs after arrival but if your stay is longer than 2 days here are suggestions on items to purchase, I will definitely check the instructions for Jade East to make sure this is in the information and correct if it is not. Elevators, sorry out of my control. The condo has replace with 2 brand new ones and unfortunately there are bugs to still work out but they try to make sure that at least one is working correctly. There are engineers onsite to help until everything is working perfectly. I was happy to here that the condo was clean and you enjoyed the views and I really hope you got a chance to enjoy the beach. Jade East's Finest

We have stayed in several Jade East condos through the years and have plenty of family that also stay here frequently. This is easily one of the nicest units in the building. Everyone loved our view with palm trees right at eye level along with the beach. It was beautiful, well-kept, and had all of the amenities we would ask for. Our host was very responsive and ABSOLUTELY wonderful to work with as well. Thank so much for a great week making memories!

Easy correspondence with management. Easy check in check out. Clean-stocked condo. I reached out to mngr for a last minute personal problem that happened to me and she assisted me 100%. She went above and beyond when she did not have too, especially since it was our last day! #10 out of 10

Perfect for Families

We came down to Destin simply looking for a beach vacation for some fun in the sun. We have 4 little ones - ages from 7 years old to 7 months old. We also had a set of grandparents with us. The condo itself was wonderful, completely matching the description and the pictures with the posting. It was well equipped, including items for the beach (toys and chairs). The views from the condo were fantastic. It was perfect for the size of our group, giving everybody enough space. The complex itself was also great - plenty of space at the pool and beach. The complex seemed to be centrally located as well. I would recommend for anyone considering a stay in Destin.
