Welcome to Skihaus! This newly updated ski-in/ski-out Fall Line Condo is located directly on Sunday River’s Sundance trail with easy access to ski school, South Ridge, multiple lifts and a ton of 4 season activities. Whether you’re looking for easy skiing/snowboarding access, hiking trails right outside your door, world class golfing minutes away or a comfy retreat with tons of modern amenities (pool, hot tube, saunas and more!), Skihaus has something for everyone to enjoy. Celebrating something special or need local recommendations? We’ve got you covered! Able to work remotely? Our space is perfectly set up for remote work, including multiple desk set ups and high speed WiFi.

Where you will sleep:
• Sleeps 6 guests
• Downstairs bedroom: 1 queen bed (memory foam mattress) and 2 twin beds; all beds include new, premium linens and pillows
• Upstairs: sectional pulls out to a queen bed (memory foam mattress)
• Extra pillows and blankets
• Blackout cellular shades so you can grab a good night’s sleep
• Fold away desk for remote workers located downstairs

Kitchen:
• Make memories and share some good eats around our kitchen island/dining table & 4 chairs
• Fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, including: paper towels, napkins, aluminum foil, crockpot, blender, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils and more!
• Brand new stainless steel refrigerator and electric stove & oven
• Crate & Barrel plates, bowls and coffee mugs
• Kid-friendly plates, bowls, cups and utensils

★ CLEANLINESS & SANITATION ★
The Health, safety, and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. We have the unit professionally cleaned after each check-out. We also have an in-unit Purell dispenser and several cleaning supplies available to you should you need them.

★ CANCELLATION POLICY ★
Given the high-demand nature of ski/snowboard season, we have a strict cancellation policy. We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance if you foresee your plans changing (many booking sites offer this).

★ PET POLICY ★
Although we love animals, the association does not allow pets of any kind for renters. However, we have a great kennel we can recommend that’s located a very short drive away if needed! Please note, owners in-building are allowed to have dogs (we do keep our dogs in the unit when it’s not rented), in case you see them on the property. Owners are required to keep their dogs on-leash at all times while outside of their unit. Breaking our pet policy will incur a $250 fine and renters will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Garbage must be disposed of in the garbage bin and placed into dumpster upon checkout. Dishes must be washed and returned to cabinets.
