Loved this house for our short stay- communication was great- the house was clean and the view was great! Its easy to find and in a very nice neighborhood. We loved watching the ducks and an alligator in the pond. Super cute house.

We have stayed at this property several times now while visiting family in the area. It is an excellent property with everything you need. Nice view of the pond outside. It is in a nice, gated community. Very clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable. We will stay again the next time we visit the area.

I would leave a worse review, but we drove down for the Florida-Carolina game and got to see the Gators lose, so I'll be nicer. The home was not as nice as the pictures and was not clean. The cupboards were sticky, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet, there was hair in the bathtubs, and the bed comforters were damp. There were only two towels in the entire house for eight guests, including no hand towels in the guest bathroom; there were no drinking glasses (only coffe and wine); the coffee machine was broken, and the TV hardly worked due to connectivity issues. The kitchen trash can did not have a liner and none were provided. The furniture was poor, and living room seating was limited since it only fit three of us at once. The twin beds were fit for children under ten, as they had cardboard supporting them; therefore, we couldn't use those beds out of fear of breaking them. The grass was also very high. The fire alarm was also hanging out of the ceiling, which is a safety issue. Our check-in time was 4:00 pm, and the host messaged us an hour before, letting us know we wouldn't be able to check in until after 5:00 pm since the cleaners were still working. The host was not apologetic at all, and it impeded our plans since we had driven from South Carolina. Zero checkout instructions were provided. The trashcans outside were full from the prior guests and there was no where to place our trash. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Enjoyable

This was perfect for our recent family get together. No one got the "short straw" as all the rooms were equally spacious and comfortable. This was a great first experience with VRBO.

Clean, quiet, convenient!

This home was in a quiet gated community conveniently located near the airport and any other activity north of JAX. Home was clean and lots of shopping and food options not far away. The bonus is that this place is directly located on the communities lake with a pleasant view of the sunrise and the wildlife. We enjoyed the easy access to Amelia island fun but also spent a nice day in St Augustine, just an hours drive south. Home was as described and all in working order.

Cozy, clean, and quiet

This property was accurately described and very clean. It had all your immediate necessities and furnished nicely. The home is nestled on a beautiful lake with spectacular views. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Any family would enjoy their vacation at this home. I highly recommend. We unfortunately could not easily access the property as we had issues with the code. The property owners were a bit slow with communication but they will eventually get back with you. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and my family loved it.

Great Neighborhood

The house was in a great gated neighborhood. The neighborhood felt very safe. The house is in the back of the neighborhood and feels very private. The positives for this property are neighborhood, location of the neighborhood, proximity to grocery stores and restaurants, accuracy of the property description, communication with the owner, quality and comfort of the beds and mattresses. The Internet worked well. There are a few areas of improvement that the owner should think about. First, the main living area furnitures are not very comfortable. There's only one sectional sofa. That is not enough seating for more than three people. The owner should put in an additional sofa. Second, there were not enough silverware. The owner needs to put in a set of silverwares in the kitchen cabinet. Third, they need to replace the master bedroom TV as there are dead rows of pixels at the bottom of the TV.

The house was fine- very spacious, clean, overall a nice house.The amenities were definitely lacking. There were little to no cups, dishes, wash cloths, dish towels. The tv did not work- appeared to be an internet issue. The only thing that worked was Netflix. Attempted to log into other streaming apps but kept getting internet error. WiFi was worse than dial up and phones would not work if connected.Bathtub did not have a drain stopper, which made it difficult for the kids to take baths. The yard was atrocious and grass was waist high. It was somewhat embarrassing when neighbors all had nice yards and would walk by. The house had enough beds for 10 people, however the couch in the living room only had space for 3-4 max. Limited seating in house and furniture was very small.Cameras outside would follow you everywhere you went, a little unsettling.Overall, the house was nice and clean, but for the hefty price, definitely was not worth it and we would not stay there again.

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The host was incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay—very responsive, friendly, accommodating, and flexible with us, which made everything so much easier.Communication was quick from start to finish, and the host made us feel welcome and taken care of. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.
