I am available seven days a week from 8 am to 9 pm. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

Property was clean and host very responsive and cooperative. Perfect stay for the five of us. More room than we needed and quite comfortable. Screened porch nice for morning coffee and extra vanity space worked well for all ladies.

Such a nice house and very clean. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and sitting on the back porch. Beds were very comfy! Easy check in and quick replies for any help we needed.

Perfect location
We had family flying into KCI and the location was perfect for picking them up. In addition, it was close to restaurants and shops. The home was nicely decorated and as described. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was sizable. Our family felt very much at home during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Home Away From Home
Great stay for family, with lots of space for everyone! Home was nicely decorated, really clean, and a convenient location to Kansas City and Historic Weston. We loved the large screened-in patio, and spent a lot of time out there.
All that, along with quick and friendly communication from property manager... I highly recommend and would certainly go back when visiting the area.

Everything was great. Quiet, clean, spacious. Could've had maybe a couple more towels, and towel hooks but we did fine.

Great time very responsive owner
Great property, very clean. The tv wasn’t working i messaged the owner and he had it replaced the next day. Very responsive. Thank you for a great stay.

Girl’s Weekend
What a relaxing place. Check-in was seamless with great communication from Rob, our host. This was a perfect setting (the screened in porch was fabulous), and the neighborhood was quiet. The property was clean and filled with comfortable accommodations. Recommend!

Absolutely wonderful!
The house is awesome and Rob is super responsive if you have a question or need anything. This is a very spacious home with lots of areas to visit, play games or get some alone time. There is a nice back yard with screened-in porch. It was just perfect for our 3-generation girls' family reunion. The beds are super comfy and the home is tastefully decorated. The basement looks newly finished. Would stay again for sure. Everyone loved it.
