This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is located in Dubai Hills, a newly-built luxirious area by Emaar, the best developer in Dubai. It has all AMENITIES you would need and is EQUIPPED with everything you could need for a comfortable living.
The building Collective 2.0 has an incredible common area with arcade games, even cinema, and many other cool things!
It is close to Dubai Hills MALL and beautiful PARK, and hospital
HEATED POOL, gym, and free parking on premises is available to all tenants.
Bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen bed.
Living room is equipped with a sofa-bed, a 55-inch Smart-TV with Netflix and Amazon Video connected for your entertainment.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for cooking. The stove has 4 gas burners.
The only thing it does not have is a dishwasher. You can leave the dishes dirty after you move out and we will happily clean them for you.
Bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and has a toilet, sink, and shower with shampoo and body gel.
FREE PARKING is available. HEATED POOL and GYM is available to all tenants.
1. Passports are required for check-in.
2. Guests should provide arrival time in advance so that there will be a person to meet and greet.
3. Parties, loud music, or any immoral activities are not allowed.
4. Opening the window for an extended period with the AC on is not allowed.
5. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
6. Guests found smoking inside will incur a fine of AED 1000 to cover cleaning and deodorizing costs.
7. If you need parking space, please share you car number in advance for smooth access.
