Looking for a day at the beach, a day of fishing or just relaxing around one of the multiple pools at this family friendly gated resort. Away from the Hustle & Bustle of the main Strip. Located in one of the most sought-after Resorts near Fort Morgan, this updated Gulf Shores Plantation condo has it ALL. New Owners offer this Queen bedroom, 1 bath Condo sleeps 6 with hallway bunks as an added favorite. With a Queen sleeper sofa & fully equipped kitchen, Enjoy Gorgeous gulf views from your private balcony. It's only steps away from the beach or Enjoy a cold drink and great meal at The Sassy Bass Restaurant and Tiki Bar (B,L,D), The Kiva Grill (B,L,D) or the new Coffee and Ice Cream Shop all 3 are located on the property. The Resort is 12 miles west of downtown Gulf Shores and 11 miles east of Fort Morgan and the Dauphin Island Ferry. The resort also includes 6 Outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, laundry, tennis, pickle ball, basket ball, horse shoes and Kiva Dunes golf course.

Nice location. Had maintenance issue on 1st day but host resolved it quickly. Coffe pot not working.

We had an excellent stay here. We love stay at the Plantations, the beach and the pool are so close and it’s nice not having to get in the car and drive anywhere. There is a coffee place called Selah close by and the Sassy Bass is good too.

This was the perfect getaway for my daughter and I. The condo was very clean, not especially big, but plenty big enough for 2 or small families, as there were also bunks in the hallway. The condo is situated in a quiet complex, a good distance from Gulf Shores, not so close as to be in the middle of everything, but not so far that we couldn’t go for the day. The beach is a very easy walk to get to the water and not crowded. The balcony gives a fantastic view of the water. Though we didn’t use any of the pools, we saw all ages from baby to elderly using them. It was nice to be in a place that welcomed families. We’d defintely stay here again!

Great Family Spot

Wonderful property and OWNERS! Great pools for children and beach access restaurant next door. Wonderful place for family! Very peaceful and not crowded but still close enough to travel to in town attractions.

We visited in August, and it was extremely hot. No issues with air, fridge, sliding glass door, etc. The electronic lock works fine, but we didn’t realize that we needed to enter the code and lock it when leaving. So, we walked off and left the unit open, without realizing it. The floor was dusted with sand when we arrived, and it took us a couple of days to find the broom, which had partly fallen behind the fridge. We always take shoes off, and all of us were uncomfortable. The furniture layout was odd. The island/bar had to be completely cleared off before anyone could eat; the futon was extremely uncomfortable; all of the plates and silverware were cheap plastic; there was little storage in the dresser, and drawers under the twin beds were mostly full of pillows and blankets.Great location and amenities, and we spent most of our time at the beach or doing things at Ft Morgan/in Gulf Shores. I’ve stayed in a similar unit in the past and really had a great trip, but, this particular unit probably needs a few updates.

Beautiful view and cimfortable accommodations!

The view from the balcony was beautiful and was a peaceful place to sit and relax. The condo was so clean and well supplied. We were very comfortable and able to relax there. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the condo so much and the view was wonderful. The condo was well equipped and such as easy walk to and from the beach and pool!

Great little condo

The condo was clean and well maintained and it wasn’t a far walk to access the beach and I loved that we were near the indoor pool for the kids.

Would stay again

Photos made the condo seem a little larger than it actually turned out to be for a family of 4 (boys 10 & 13) but we had sufficient room and there was so much to do at the resort and nearby we didn't do much more than sleep in the room.

What a wonderful stay at a beautiful property. The condo is very well appointed and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation at a beautiful area of the country. We would not hesitate to stay again!
