The house is beautiful and very clean, looks exactly as the photos. Our family stayed here in August 2026. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable There are incredible water views from every room. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and more. There were plenty of towels and we used the pool/hot tub everyday. We loved watching family movies in the pool area at night. We enjoyed all kind of pool toys. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. We received great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. One of the best vacations ever!

This was an awesome property for our 41 day stay in Cape Coral. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, offered all we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily 4 mile walks, the swimming pool, spa, multiple TVs, view of the channel, and all amenities of this home. Janice was very responsive to any questions we had. Great winter retreat!

The host responded quickly to any questions. The house was very clean and beautiful. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing or in the hottub! Great family house! We will definately stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
Wonderful place to stay. Nice and clean. The extras that the hosts provide were appreciated! Pool and hot tub were great.

Everything was great. We enjoyd the 12 days very much and had a lot of fun with the pool, the hot-tub and sitting at the tiki-hut.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Cape Coral!
We go to Cape Coral annually and this has been one of my favorites! It was super clean, updated, lots of amenities, kitchen tools, pool and hot tub were great, good fishing, and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing property and amenities!!
We had an amazing time at this property. The house has everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. We loved using the fishing poles, pool, hot tub, and bikes! We plan to book again!

Amazing!!!!
Our stay was easy, fun and relaxing! The pool/hot tub was perfect! The home was very clean and comfortable! We can't wait to do it again!

The best family vacation!
We had the best time staying here for the week! The home had everything we could possibly need while traveling with a 3 year old and 9 month old. We spent most of our time out by the pool! The property manager so quick to answer any questions we had too. Loved every minute of our stay and hope to be back!

We loved staying at this beautiful house! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were amazing! Loved sitting outside and looking at the canal and the stars at night. It would be a great place for kids with the bikes, kayaks, and fishing gear. The neighborhood was very nice and felt safe taking walks. The host was so pleasant and accommodating to work with. We could not have been more pleased with our stay.

Great Stay
They have everything you may need right there for you! Fishing gear to fish off the dock in the canal. Beach chairs and plenty of towels and linens. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the pool was so great!!

Wonderful house!
We booked the house for an anniversary weekend and the house was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! The beds were great, the hot tub was marvelous, and the owner was absolutely precious! Will definitely be back!

Nice and Homey
We had the best time! The pool and hot tub were great. The beds were the best we’ve had in any rental and they really thought of all the details. I would highly recommend staying there to others!

Fantastic Place!
We always stay at a VRBO when we travel and this one ranks at the top. It was incredibly clean and even nicer than the pictures. The best part....the beautiful lanai! Hanging out by the pool, playing games outside and lounging in the hot tub where the highlights of our trip.

Baseball vacation
Played baseball in Fort Myers for a week. Hot tub was great. Loved the outdoor space. My girlfriend visited for two days and enjoyed as well.

Florida Time
We had a very enjoyable stay at the property. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked with amazing amenities from cooking supplies to pool toys and beach equipment. If we travel to the Cape Coral area again we will most definitely stay at this home again.

A great property that is exactly a pictured. The kitchen is ver well equipped with everything you need. The layout of the house is amazing with gathering spaces and privacy between the master and other bedrooms. All the toys and supplies you could need to enjoy a day by the pool, fishing off the dock or at the beach.
