It is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, offering a safe, cozy and intimate setting. Situated in the heart of Bloomfield, surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood with an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

This *second-floor* apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It comfortably sleeps 3. 1 king bed in the master bedroom, and a twin futon in the living room. There is one flight of steps to walk to get to the space. For a limited time we are offering our off-street parking spot for free! The spot is located about a block and a half from the door to the space. The convenience of the off street parking spot gives you peace of mind as street parking is either meter paid or permit only and hard to come by in our city. Stay with us and take advantage of hassle free parking during your stay.

We can be reached easily for any questions or concerns. We respond promptly. We only come past the property during your stay if you have asked for something to be dropped off for you or if there is an emergency.

1. Walking: Bloomfield is a relatively compact neighborhood with amenities and attractions right outside the apartment door. You can stroll Liberty Avenue, the main commercial corridor, and explore the local shops, restaurants, and cafes.

2. Bicycles: Bloomfield is very biker-friendly and Pittsburgh has a bike-sharing program called Healthy Ride. You can rent a bike from the docking station located just a few blocks from the door to the apartment at Taylor St and Liberty Ave, and enjoy cycling around the neighborhood. It's a great way to explore at your own pace and take in the sights.

3. Public Transportation: Pittsburgh has a reliable public transportation system operated by Pittsburgh Regional Transit or PRT. You can use buses or light rail to travel within Bloomfield and to other parts of the city. There are many bus stops right outside the door of the apartment. Check the PRT website for schedules, routes, and fare information.

Also steps away from coffee shops, restaurants, the laundromat and so many cool little shops along Liberty Ave!! This location is sure to please!

Cancellation Policy Addendum-
We refund 100% of our host payout for eligible cancellations. However, third-party platform and payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. This ensures our commitment to providing a full payout refund while accounting for unavoidable external costs. These fees will not exceed 14% of the total paid by the guest.

No Parties or Large Gatherings: We value peace and respect for our neighbors. All guests must be accounted for on the reservation. Only confirmed guests are allowed unless agreed upon otherwise. Unauthorized gatherings, damage, or disturbance will result in fines and possible eviction, as per the booking platform’s policy.

No Pets: We maintain a pet-dander-free environment and kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets. Fees will apply for unauthorized pets.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the home. A fine, plus costs for smoke odor removal, will be applied. Guests may smoke outside and are required to clean up after themselves. Additional fees will apply for any left-behind messes.

Communication: All correspondence should be kept within Airbnb’s messaging platform for the quickest response times and proper documentation. Our team monitors the Airbnb app 24/7, making it the best place to reach out—even for urgent matters. For true emergencies that require immediate in-person action, a phone number will be provided on the day of check-in. Please use this number for emergencies only.

No Illegal Activity: Our priority is the safety of all guests. Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No Visitors Without Consent: All guests must be included in the reservation. Visitors not listed must be approved in advance. Unauthorized visitors that result in occupancy limit violations, excessive noise, or property misuse may lead to eviction, in line with Airbnb policy.
