Must sign rental agreement within 24 hours of. booking request. Booking will be cancelled if required agreements are not signed within 24 hours. Cancellation fees may apply. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for any reason outside the stipulated cancellation policy.
Must submit a $750 off-platform security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure.
A: Minimum Age. The "Minimum Age" to rent the property is 25 years of age. You agree to provide us with proof of age upon request. No one shall rent the property for someone else and no one who is not approved shall stay at the property. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests who are under the Minimum Age for the entire duration of the rental.
B: Maximum Occupancy. The number of people present at the property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy of 14 people. No guests shall remain in the home after 10pm or overnight. Any unauthorized guest staying overnight in the home will result in charges equivalent to the security deposit. amount. Quiet time hours are 10pm-8am.
C:Good Neighbor Policy. Because the property is a privately owed home, all occupants must comply with this good neighbor policy. Please treat the property with the same care you would with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was when you arrived. To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property you agree to close and lock doors and windows. You and other occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and is not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints from neighbors, police or the neighborhood HOA. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 9am. You and other occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations.
D: No smoking is permitted at the property including porches, decks or outdoor areas at any time. Evidence of smoking on the property will result in excess damage fees to mitigate any extra cleaning that may need to be done including yard maintenance.
E: No permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the property as a permanent residence, and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at this property.
F: Animals. We accept SERVICE animals in line with Nondiscrimination policies. Service animals are those that will remain with its intended individual and will never be left unattended at the property at anytime for any reason. A separate Service dog acknowledgement agreement is required. ”Support" dogs are not permitted. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted on the property. You also agree that we cannot and do not guarantee that no animals have been in the property prior to your use or that the property is free of animal or pet allergens.
G: Events: Parties and other events are strictly prohibited at the property. and additional conditions and fees will apply if the party and event policy is violated. No tents or other structures may be erected on the property. No charcoal grills are permitted on the property.
H: Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines and prosecution.
I: Consequences of Breach; Charges for damage. Any failure by you or any other occupant to comply with any of the terms, conditions or policies above is a breach of the rental agreement. This may result in a forfeiture of your rights to rent the property up to and including immediate removal from the property without refund and with or without the assistance of law enforcement. If you are notified of such breech you agree to leave the property immediately. In addition to damage claim policies you are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs at the property during your stay. A charge of up to $1000 for violations of the pet policy, including bring more pets or different types of pets than specifically authorized. Additional cleaning fees of up to $750 or the actual costs of additional cleaning services if greater.
J: Early check-in/Late check out. Early check in or late check out may be available; additional charges may apply. If you do not vacate by check out time as agreed to in this rental agreement you authorize us to charge a late fee for up to one night's rental and we may remove all occupants and their personal property from the home at 1pm.
K: Maintenance or house keeping issues; Property conditions. The property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities. You agree to contact us using the contact information provided in your confirmation email, as soon as you notice any maintenance or housekeeping problem, or any potentially hazardous condition at the property or if any incident occurs at the property that is related to such a problem or condition. You further give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy. We will take reasonable and appropriate steps to remedy any reported problem as soon as practicable. We may enter the property at your invitation to remedy any problem you report, at reasonable times and with reasonable notice to inspect, maintain, or repair the property, and to address any situation that we reasonably deem an emergency that threatens persons or property.
L: Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no case shall the owner of the property be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for any damages for personal or bodily injury, emotional distress, or damage to property arising out of or in connection with your stay at the property. This limitation applies to all claims for damages whether based on a theory of warranty, contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.
M: Indemnity. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the owner and their respective affiliates for and from all class for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of other occupants during or relating to your stay.

Amazing Stay!

The property is beautiful and very well kept. The view from the back porch is amazing. The bunk room with 6 beds is awesome for the kids. We enjoyed breakfast on the dock. Our stay was very relaxing and there are a ton of beautiful hikes and sights within an hour or so to go see.Quinn was very responsive.We will visit the Weiss Carlton again!

We had an amazing stay with incredible views and just lots of small things done right. Every detail was offered that you don’t think of when traveling. Will and definitely come back! :)

Perfect lake getaway

Everything about Weiss Carlton exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings, 2 fully stocked kitchens plus outdoor cooking options, plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for our family group of 6 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the bunk room! The large screened in porch overlooking the lake was a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee and a good book. Each day was filled with kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. So relaxing. It was quite hot during our stay and I'd love to return when it's a bit cooler in order to enjoy the fire pit, sauna and hot tub. We visited nearby Little River Canyon National Preserve and enjoyed a hike and swim there. I'm so glad we found this amazing lakeside retreat to create beautiful family memories and we definitely recommend it to anyone desiring a special getaway!
