Additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community.

You'll also gain full access to Veranda Palms Resort, which features a luxury lounge, a large resort-style swimming pool, a hot tub, a water slide, poolside cabanas, a fitness facility, and a playground.

The Neighborhood:
Veranda Palms is a family friendly gated resort in the Kissimmee area of Orlando. The location is in a fantastic area, easily reached from highway 192 where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. The community is just a short drive away from some of the most popular attractions in the area, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Being just minutes away from world-famous theme parks, shopping outlets, and championship golf courses, you'll have endless entertainment options right at your doorstep.
