The property was pristine. So comfortable. Great location. And an easy place to walk the dogs right across the street! It felt safe as well. Would definitely stay again!

Serenity was a great place to stay for my wife and me - and our dog. Clean and well appointed, it is right across the street from a lovely community college campus that was great for walking the dog. The covered parking/ carport was very handy when Lafayette’s daily Summer thunderstorms came rolling in. The area is very quiet and located such that most popular spots in Lafayette are a short drive away. There is a great Cuban restaurant a short walk away and Rouse’s Grocery is maybe a two minute drive. Coffee, cream, sugar and sweeteners are stocked, as are basic spices. We felt very well cared for.

Five stars all the way! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was outstanding. They responded quickly to every question and made the entire process easy.The location was fantastic—we always felt safe, and it was conveniently close to restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment.If comfort is important to you, you'll definitely appreciate how cozy and well-appointed this loft is.The loft itself was modern, stylish, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the best surprises was how incredibly comfortable the beds were—we all slept great every night. The loft was also stocked with everything we needed, including an air mattress, extra sheets and blankets, trash bags, detergent, cleaning supplies, coffee, creamer, sugar, and more. It truly felt like a home away from home.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped place in a great location. We'd definitely stay here again!

WONDERFUL host & stay!! Very clean with SUPER comfy beds (adjustable head), plenty of space, good water pressure in both showers, anything you might need to make a meal in the stocked kitchen, laundry room downstairs (with detergent pods and dryer sheets), close to Dean-O’s Pizza on Bertrand (try it and thank me later lol). There’s a 2 car garage to park your vehicles in - but if you have more than that, one person can park directly behind the garage opening or park across the alleyway and street in that lot. The smart thermostat for the AC was a little finicky but that could be user error lol.

Great Place

We met friends for a concert at the Cajundome. The location was perfect. It was the perfect size for two couples and was a very nice loft. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We were given all kinds of options for entertainment and dining.

The property was very accommodating and met our needs. Spacious, centrally located and within close distance to be near parent’s home which is a plus. The host is very friendly and responsive. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

It was a nice place. It did look like the pictures. The host is very welcoming and quick to respond to communications. The area is quiet for the most part though there was a hour or so where I could hear someone’s music.

This rental ia located in a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. The host was easy to reach and was willing to provide recommendations for food in the area. The house is clean and the parking was convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was amazingly clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets and bedding. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook or bake. There was a garage to park your car. We definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.
