A very nice and quiet large studio, located on Ocean Drive, in a beachfront art deco building. You are few steps away from the beach, from the restaurant and pubs and nights. In the apartment there are two very comfortable queen beds and a large granito desk

You can bike or walk to the promenade, to the Lincoln Mall or to the shopping center or to the supermarket . There is a lovely free gym on the beach equipped with the machines for exercise and volley ball fields . And you are few steps away from News Cafe , the Versace Mansion , some art galleries. You are in the heart of the art deco district.


it is a great vacation: you can swim in he ocean, the water is warm as the sun , the colors are very brilliant. You can go biking , jogging, strolling or just sit at the bar and look all the mankind who is passing by. Everyone is smiling and all embracing or kissing each other. The buildings are deco , colored and smiling too.

Do not miss the local bus. it costs only 25 cent. and you can go everywhere . Do not forget to buy tropical fruit on Sunday at Lincoln Mall or at market at Coconut Grove.

We stayed at this property for a little girls trip, and we had so much fun! The room was really great. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean, and we loved having a great AC unit in the middle of July. Our only issue was there were no beach towels as described, only bath towels, nor a pot to cook with, only a pan. Those things were not deal breakers at all though. Thank you Olga!!

Location in the party side of south beach, fun experience at bare minimum level

Had a fun experience from proximity to beach and nightclubs, and room was clean upon entry. Beds were comfy but small, bathroom and shower were nice, but wifi didn't work and there are no cookware items. Overall, good stay, you get what you pay for

Beds are regular queen size as advertised There are cooking pots. pans colander coffee maker toaster etc

Not sitable for disabled couple it’s on 3 rd floor

Also southwest cancelled my flight due to federal investigation and Olga refused to issue refund or any credit .. it was beyond my control of airline conditions

Good place in south beach

We spent 6 days in the apartment, the room was clean and everything was exactly as the description. Advantages: ·The room is big and has everything that all you need to spend your holidays ·The housekeeper is kind and she will help you whenever necessary. ·The apartment is located in the art deco district, nearby the beach. ·The amount of restaurants and clubs that you will have close Disadvantages: ·The fridge's sound which sometimes stars at night and is unconfortable. ·The window has a direct sight to the street.

Location fantastic/ overall rating room poor

The house manager Helena kept me and my friend from leaving. She was so accommodating above and beyond. * Non slip mat for tub/shower *Grab bar needed to provide access out of tub *Liquid soap to wash hands *Enough soap for renters depending on how long the stay and how many people are in the room * Need to provide enough sheets/ towels/ wash clothes depending on how many days and people are in the room *need to provide a guide on how to operate TV, how to access the garbage dump area and how to open/ close front door *need to check for mold in bathroom shower ceiling

You were there for five days and asked for ten bar soap Housekeeper gave to you You asked for wash cloths and more towels Housekeeper gave to you but she explained that we don’t provide daily service as the hotels You asked for water bottles Housekeeper gave to you Than you asked for snacks and complained that the refrigerator was empty Than you made the pillow covers black from the make up and asked for clean ones And the housekeeper gave to you But she was upset when you told her that the blanket was not clean because it was just arrived from the store and was brand new I offered you to leave and to be reimbursed for the day you would not stay but you declined to leave and said that I was rude Than you did not how to close the door and I sent security there right away And you followed the housekeeper to another apartment and start to teach her how to manage Airbnb Maybe it was better to enjoy the vacation and the sun

Noisy, shabby, uncomfortable apartment

My son and I left the apartment and checked into a hotel after two nights here. We would have left sooner, but everything was booked over the weekend. I understood from the price that the place wouldn't be luxurious, but given the excellent reviews I had higher hopes. I was hugely disappointed. The bathroom wasn't really clean. The tiles were covered in someone else's hair. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. And I couldn't let my son take a bath in a tub that was visibly dirty. The toilet only flushes half the time and randomly runs in the middle of the night. There's a short in the light over the sink. The middle bulb goes off and on. The travel size soap and two towels--no shampoo as promised in the listing--were not going to get us through the week. And the bathmat was ancient and frankly disgusting. The beds were fine but the sheets and thin, cheap blankets need replacing. The curtains barely cover the windows. Light pours in from the street at night. And there's no privacy during the day with the windows open. Not that you can hold them open. The tie backs are falling out of the wall. And the left window is partly open, and the handle is missing so I couldn't close it. The noise from the busy street overlooking a liquor store went on all night, making it impossible to sleep. The a/c is deafening when turned on. There are tiles literally falling off the walls and others visibly cracked and broken. The round table, barely big enough for a laptop, is falling apart. The refrigerator is leaking something I hope is water. The cleaning person left a wad of soaked paper towels in the bottom of it. I tried to clean up some of these things but there was nothing to clean with. There was a tiny, almost empty bottle of dish soap. No sponge, no dish towels, no paper towels, not even a napkin. I didn't open the dish washer because I was afraid of what I might find. There was no detergent for it anyway so there was no point investigating. When I raised these issues to the owner she completely stopped communicating with me. I was completely overwhelmed by what a wreck the place was. I have no idea how it has received 4.2 stars.

Wonderful location!! Easy access to beach across the street, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and restaurants galore. Such yummy food and fun nightlife! Will recommend and be back!!

Great location. Owner very fast in responding.

A few things can be updated but nothing that wouldn’t keep me from renting again. Beach is right across the building so we tracked in a lot of sand, my apologies.

Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed for one week and we're thrilled with the unit and location! We had everything we needed. Very walkable to shopping, the beach, and restaurants. Loved it!!! Our unit was very quiet, the bed comfortable, and the common areas kept clean. We felt very safe despite the spring breakers. Would stay there again if we came back.

Great location and the host response time was amazing with answers to questions . It may be time to update the beach chairs and pillows on the bed. Overall great experience! We will be back!!

Incredible location!!

Perfect location on Ocean Drive. The room itself is just as described. Room next to us had trash in the hallway all weekend, but we know this is outside of the control of this property owner. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was wonderful

My wife and I stayed here for five days, and everything was great. I will say there isn't much seating in the unit we were in. It came with a queen sized bed, and a chair with a little foot stool in the corner. But otherwise everything was perfect. The host as well as the housekeeper were very responsive to anything we needed. And it is right on Ocean Drive, all we had to do was walk out the front door and across the street to the beach. I will be trying to stay here again on my next visit

Clean and good location

The apartment was clean, and the location was excellent for a fun weekend. Didn't get any of the apartments on the picture though. The descriptions says two double beds, and when we arrived it was only one queen bed, and an inflatable mattress. I was not very happy about that, and was told that there was a leak on the other apartment, and that this was the only we could get. We were just two, so it was ok, but not as described.

I'm sorry but there was a leak It was raining a lot and I thought it was better to give to your son another apartment just renovated In this apartment there was a very expensive king size bed and an inflatable bed. And may be you didn't know but there were 4 guests instead of two as you booked . Sorry but my contractor needed one day to fix the leak
