Ample and comfy 1b/1b house with a rustic colorful decoration, VERY near Ocean Park Beach and steps to the trendy Loiza st., where you will find all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets and stores.

It has a queen bed and a twin comfortable futon in the bedroom, which it's equipped with a silent air conditioner, 43" Smart TV and a ceiling fan.
It's also has an equipped kitchen and a private bathroom, as well as living room, dining room and a balcony where you can chill out.

All other spaces than the bedroom it's equipped with ceiling fans (kitchen, dining room and living room) and at the balcony there is a floor fan.

I only accept bookings for guests with a minimum of 4 star rating. If you don't have 4 stars but near 4 stars and have a valid reason for not having a minimum of 4 stars out of 5, you can explain me the reason of your rating and I can evaluate it and take a decision to accept or not to accept your booking.

I also have 2 other small studio units, one at the right side of the house and the other at the left side of the house; by the way, this unit at the left side, can be added to the 1b/1b house to be converted to a 2b/2b house unit, in case that you want or need more space.
