Great property

This is a lovely property in Paradise Valley, which is always our “home base” on trips to PHX. We really enjoyed the heated pool during a week of remarkably cool temps for Phoenix. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was super comfortable. We also appreciated some little touches like the snack basket and living room throws for cool evenings. I think the property could benefit from some new towels, but can’t think of anything else that would merit a change. Thanks for a great stay!

This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

This house is in a very quiet area. Not a place to party IMHO. There are restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, pretty much anything you might need very close. Games and pool in the backyard for kids.

Meetings in Scottsdale

Great spot, and very handy to Kierland hotels, shopping, and restaurants. Very comfortable, quiet spot with great patio pool and chipping area. The host was excellent to communicate with, and all went easy and smooth. I'm coming back for certain!

What a beautiful property! Great home away from home. The house was immaculate and well stocked. My family and I had a great stay, it was hard to leave. A+ host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Great Girls Trip Location!

We stayed here for a long weekend girls trip and it was the perfect spot! As Midwesterners seeing the sun for the first time in awhile, we spent the majority of our time outside and the pool and outdoor seating was exactly what we wanted/needed. The hosts were super responsive and offered up food recommendations as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property!

Great house, super location with easy access to downtown, the Quarter and amazing hikes! All amenities were as described- comfy beds, wonderful outdoor space with heated pool/grill/multiple lounging areas. Beautiful sunrises viewed from backyard! Book this place- we will when we return!

Central location to all things

It was an easy check in process and the accommodations for two couples was great! We asked them to heat the pool and it was nice and warm as long as we kept the cover on at night. The kitchen was good for cooking however we ate out a lot. The ScicilianButcher was a favorite and less than a mile away.

Exactly what we needed!

The response to the questions sent to the owners were answered promptly. Checkin was easy and the home was very clean. Everything was easy to find and/or use. Location was close to dining and groceries. A little hidden gem of a grocery/liquor store is within walking distance - Smart & Final. Heating the pool was something we considered skipping, so glad we did it! Since this is a 3 bedroom home, it would be nice to have more lounge chairs than just 2 by the pool. Having a pool table inside was an added bonus especially on the day it was super windy and too chilly to be outside much. Grapefruits were tasty too! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Keyless entry makes arriving super easy.. The home is nicely decorated. The pool was great. Beautiful kitchen although some additional cookware and utensils would be good for anyone wishing to eat most meals in. Placemats, full size spatulas, tongs (other than the large grill ones), pizza pan, etc would be helpful. Beds were comfortable but could used more comfortable mattress pads. No laundry baskets for the bedrooms. The pool table was a fun addition. Loved the patio which included a TV for watching Maech Madness from the pool! The smell from the grapefruit tree was amazing.

Very smooth experience

Very easy and open communication with owners/property manager before and during the stay. The house was easy to get to, check in was easy, and the house was in pristine condition. All of the amenities were functional and great to use. All bedrooms were tidy with clean linen, all bathrooms were clean, and the living spaces had plenty of places to sit. We had a great relaxing stay and would highly recommend to any group looking for a great house to stay at while visiting.

A Few Suggested Improvements

All was clean, the basics were there, the welcome guide was very helpful, and the owners seem very nice. We enjoyed the pool table. We didn’t bring children but there are quite a few games available and I’m sure they would enjoy the pool. Suggestions for future guests: the towels - bath and beach towels - should be replaced (a friend described them as towels he would use to wash his car). The sheets also seemed pretty worn. Wastebaskets in bedrooms are needed: there were two flimsy wastebaskets in the bathrooms but you have to step on them and they barely open. The coffee maker flashed that descaling was required and the refrigerator flashed that a new water filter was needed. Sturdier lamps in the master bedroom would also be helpful - for reading in bed.

Fantastic Property

5+++++ stars!!! We had a great time staying at this property. It was immaculate, comfortable, had every amenity we could ask for, and the host and property manager communicated impeccably. The neighborhood is perfectly located in Scottsdale and the freeways. It is quiet and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Amazing!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this gorgeous property! So close to a lot of restaurants and shopping and also so relaxing just hanging at the house by the pool and the outdoor covered patio. It’s a definite repeat trip for us.
