Hi Folks,Thanks a lot for staying with us and taking the time for a review. Indeed , we send out instructions for our guests as it is as you have said , taxis , once off the main street are often lost, no idea if they have training of any sort but doesnt seem like it. Uber generally a lot better as they use GPS but when with this, in this area the mountains can cause erroneous readings. once here its very easy relate but best to keep our arrival guide with you for the airport taxis.n It was a pleasure to have you stay with us and hope you are able to come again as part of our group of VIP guests!

Hi Harold, Thank you for your review. The neighborhood roosters ebb and wane depending on where they feel like hanging out any particular month so they are possible in most parts except for directly downtown where clubs are king. Apologies for the construction. As is usually the case in Vallarta ,the project from which the noise you experienced came, was not announced or expected so we were surprised to learn of it as well. According to a full time resident there the noise from driving pylons into the ground has ended . We will monitoring it for future guests to ensure we are able to inform as best we are able to the level if noise they may be f=producing. the foundation part as they were doing apparently is always the worst as rock needs to be removed, broken through etc. We are glad you enjoyed your stay regardless and should you care to visit us in the future we will be happy to let you know current state o/f affairs as far as pm any project s are concerned.
