This is the 2nd time wile have stayed at this villa, it has a very good sized pool which gets sun all day. Location is perfect, everything is within walking distance - restaurants, pubs, beech. Nothing negative to say, we will be back.

Villa is in excellent location. Close to restaurants and shops. Pool area is 5 star, good size pool and gets the sun all day. Villa is a little dated inside. Needs some upgrading. Had a issue with TV during our stay( was hoping to watch the later kick offs for world cup games on) that was reported but not fixed during our time there. Villa was clean and has plenty space.

Lovely villa and location

Lovely spacious property with nice pool and charming bbq area. Location was ideal. Close to fantastic Falesia beach and minutes from supermarket and restaurants. We’d book again!

Excellent Location

This property was really amazing. It was clean and spacious and gave us the time together as a family that we were looking for after a long summer. It was in a great location with everything we needed in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful beach retreat close to great restaurants and cafes

We spent 10 wonderful days at Jan's place, within walking distance of Falesia beach and just minutes from a great range of really reasonably priced cafes and restaurants. Jan's communication was great throughout, very fast to respond and always helpful.

Great Holiday

We had a great time in the house. It is spacious, clean, well equipped, with a really nice swimming pool. The location is excellent - you can walk everywhere, with plenty of choice for food and drink. Thanks for a great holiday.

Great stay at Jan’s villa

Jan’s villa was an excellent base for our trip and is highly recommended. The locations was extremely convenient with easy access to the beach, a shop, multiple restaurants. It was also easy to visit Albufeira and was close to the airport. The pool was warm and air conditioning was very efficient. The house was well appointed and very clean.

Loved villa

Beautiful looking villa in a quiet location. Good access to nearby bars and restaurants and supermarket. Spacious enough for all the family. Great pool kept in good condition. Very nice!

Top location villa

If you are looking for an perfectly located villa in the amAlgarve, look no further. Beach, tennis courts, lunch/dinner opportunities, super market within 2 minute walk. Super convenient!

Lovely villa!! Looks exactly like the pictures. 2 minute walk to the grocery store and several restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach do Falésia!! Would definitely stay here again!

Roomy and airy

This was a great villa for our stay in late winter. I imagine it would be absolutely amazing in summer. Lots of space to hang out in small groups or dine together with the family or friends. The location is very nice. Seems to be a reasonably quiet area that is not far from more active boating/beach areas.

Away from the hustle & bustle

We had a great stay away from the hustle in Albufiera but not in a remote place - all the amenities we needed were on the door step. we could have a meal and a drink with out having to drive - Beach was only minutes away and not overcrowded. Villa was really lovely though we lived mainly around the lovely pool area! Central for all the larger resorts too!

Villa Douro 2

I stumbled on the resort of Falesia which I’m so pleased I did. The area is beautiful with a very local feel to it. The villa was spacious and the pool an absolute dream where many a day was had lounging by it. The kitchen was a bit tired and would benefit from a refresh. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to Falesia.

Property is big and has everything you would need. Pool is brilliant with all day sun and not too overlooked. Having stayed at a few different villas around the Algarve this has definitely been the best one to date. The location was Excellent, everything is close by, 2 min walk to a well stocked supermarket, various bars and restaurant the same distance, 10 mins walk to a beautiful beech (worth a mention was bit of a hill and quite a few steps down onto the beech). Ubers were never more than 5 mins away if we wanted a change of scenery,15 mins to Albufeira old town. Couldn't fault anything we will be coming back again, great holiday.
