    "The Lovely" is a beautiful gem nestled in a quiet neighborhood with lots of land and trees. Everything was as stated on VRBO, the hot tub was something to look forward to after a long day and the laundry facility worked quickly and effectively. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our family in Lutz

    Joel was an excellent host, loved this place- quiet, tranquil, away from hustle & bustle & so adorable!!! Everything you could actually need for a few days is provided here for a couple/ 2 adults…you just need to detach & slow down- you will sleep so well here too- I did & I have trouble falling asleep most nights…I’m sad we are leaving- we will definitely be coming back when we want to visit the area again- when it’s not so hot, perhaps this Fall!! Thank you Joel for providing such a sweet retreat

    They were amazing, I would have wrote a review sooner. But unfortunately my mother passed away and I had to take care of her affairs.This is nice place to stay; it so close to everything. Best bang for your buck. When I come back to Tampa I will be staying there. 15 out of 10

    Love is in the Air

    Lovely Palms was lovely, decorated with love and romance in mind. A spacious studio with king sized comfort. The private hot tub was highlight of our stay. The screened in outdoor sitting area was wonderful for breakfast coffee and a nightcap. The host was very receptive and accommodating. The Lutz area has a wide variety excellent shopping and restaurants with in a 5 to 15 minute drive. 5 Stars

    This is a well-appointed and furnished small manufactured residence. It is located a a property with similar residences. It is not easy to find and has a very inconvenient manual gate entry that requires you to get out of your car to open/close. The entry instructions were not clear and ultimately requires you to down on your hands and knees to open a lockbox to get the door key. However the A/C works well and it was clean and comfortable inside.

    Check-in instructions could have been more clear. Had trouble finding the door key that was in a lock box. The host was prompt in responding when we sent a message requesting help. Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed. I would stay there again.
