The House:
Our warm and inviting A Frame home is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath with large wraparound deck, plenty of parking and graveled yard area to enjoy your evening fires.
The smartly designed kitchen is ultra sleek while offering everything your chef will need to make some great vacation meals., including a large island counter for prep and serving.
Real wood burning fireplace is the focal point of the living room, with comfy seating and a Smart TV for all viewing apps.

Sleeping:
Choose from either of the queen bedrooms on the main level, each providing your bed made up and ready to go plus room darkening blinds and closet space.
Opt for the loft space with beautiful views out front and back windows, providing a queen bed, tv, clothes hanging space, Gaming stick providing 20,000 games for 2 players, and seating area.

Emerald Lakes Amenities provide year-round fun! Everything listed above is included with the purchase of the amenities pass, available per guest with a confirmed booking

Important to know:
Guest must be 25 yrs old to book
Guest will approve our short term rental agreement and fill out the Association Registration form for all guests and motor vehicles - no exceptions
An email will need to be provided for form approvals, and photo of valid drivers license also provided.
No Smoking indoors
Firewood not provided/ indoor fireplace uses Duraflame logs
Visiting Pets must be kept off of beds and furniture unless you provide coverings from home.
