Deschutes County Tax Property DCCA #1079. THE RIDGE AT SUNRIVER UNIT 20. A short walk or bike ride to Sunriver Village and Fort Rock Park and right next door to the SHARC water and sledding park (passes not included), this 2nd floor Condo at The Ridge is a spacious 1,346 sq.ft. and sleeps six. This condo features vaulted ceilings, skylights, lots of windows with private woodland views, a large master suite with king bed, Jacuzzi bathtub and bathroom, plus a comfortable guest bedroom with twin beds, full guest bathroom, a large fully-equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel sink and appliances, including full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher, and a spacious newly-furnished great room with new gas fireplace insert and dining area. This condo comes complete with two large screen TV's, Cable, Sony surround sound, free high-speed Internet access and Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer, and a Weber gas BBQ grill and new deck furniture outside on the private sun deck. In addition, the unit includes a new sleeper sofa and comes with four bikes to enjoy the over 20 miles of paved scenic bike trails. The Ridge's private pool, hot tub, community room, tennis and pickleball court are a few steps from the front door. Sunriver Village is a pleasant one mile stroll past the SHARC on a wooded trail. The Village features a grocery store, several coffee shops, two bike shops, a bakery, the popular Goody's old-fashioned ice cream parlor, several good restaurants and pubs, book store, game store, tackle shop, and a variety of other shops. Sunriver Lodge is only 2 miles away with fine dining, more shopping, and a highly-rated golf course, driving range and 9-hole putting course. The SHARC is Sunriver's popular water park which is located right next door to The Ridge, a short walk away (passes not included). The SHARC features water slides, a lazy floating river, and several indoor and outdoor pools for all ages. The SHARC also features an outdoor disc golf course, year-round sledding hill, basketball court, bocci ball, and amphitheater for Summer concerts. SHARC passes are not included with rental. Window on the world of Sunriver

My brother and I (both retired) had a nice 5 nite stay at Mark's condo. The patio is right next to the bike trail so we enjoyed watching families of all ages stroll, bike and jog thru the woods. We also had an early view of the big dipper each evening we were there. (We also went to the Observatory one evening.) What I didn't realize before we got there (in the hottest week of the year 90+ temps), was that the condo is not air conditioned, and is on the second story. I cannot fault the listing but rather my lack of focus when reserving the spot. The pool and hot tub for the condo was conveniently across the street and not crowded for the hot hot days we were having. Fortunately the nights at Sunriver cool off and we were able to be comfortable with open windows and the fans provided by the condo. We also adjusted our plans to be out of the condo during the hottest late afternoon hours. Parking was convenient. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen supplied with all the basics, and laundry supplied with detergent, etc. Overall we had a relaxing and enjoyable - if hot - week at Sunriver.

Beautiful Get Away

Really loved this property. Even without air conditioning, the apartment got cool enough during the June summer. It was a beautiful place to stay and very very clean. The check in process was easy and it was in a beautiful location. Would recommend to anyone especially with a family!

Brilliant Getaway!!!

Our stay at Mark’s condo was fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean and comfortable. The check-in/out process was very smooth, making the whole experience seamless and stress free -AND the amenities truly exceeded our expectations! It was evident, that every detail, was thoughtfully considered to ensure a memorable stay for guests. Overall, we cannot recommend Mark’s place enough for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun getaway; -SO much to do there; a GREAT spot in beautiful Sunriver; thank you Mark!!!

Beautiful and Peaceful

Our family of four had a great stay. Really enjoyed riding the bikes provided with the condo around the miles of wooded trails. Good amenities close by and downtown Bend was just a short drive.

Nice Condo

Nice condo, clean, and as described. There was soap and sponge for the sink, dishwasher pods, and detergent for laundry. The only complaint would be the washer capacity was smaller than expected.

Grandkid getaway

This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. The biking trail is right outside along with a nice quiet pool right across the parking lot. The condo is a nice floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen including a bbq.

Great condo and nice location

We really enjoyed this condo. It was a great location -- close to the Village, and we also loved having a tennis/pickleball court on site, as well as a pool that's never too crowded. The condo is a spacious two bedroom, very clean and updated. Great place to stay!

Perfect Sunriver Stay

Ridge 20 was everything we expected. It was clean and welcoming and the check-in was quick and easy. The pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were right across the street...one minute walk. Very close to Sharc and convenient to the village. The fireplace was really easy to use with lots of dry wood right by the front door and handy fire starters. The kitchen is quite functional. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again with our size group.

Perfectly cozy getaway

We had the best time at this cozy Sunriver condo. We've stayed in a a few different places in Sunriver and this was our favorite. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The location is perfect, splitting the distance between the Village and Fort Rock park. The SCARC is right around the corner. The condo is clean, cozy and well-kept. There was more than enough room for the 5 of us. The beds were comfortable and THE JACUZZI TUB! AMAZING! The kitchen is beautiful and I have to admit that my one requirement for a 5 star rating is GOOD KNIVES! You know how rentals can be. The knives were more than sufficient. :) We loved this place and will absolutely hope to stay there again. Thank you so much!

Perfect stay for 6

Everything in the house was exactly as listed. The house COMFORTABLY sleeps 6. The pull out couch is high-end, not your ordinary springy garbage. We came for a wedding and didn’t get to use all the amenities but can’t wait to come back. Location is excellent, host is a great communicator, condo property is quiet and the staff is helpful. We will definitely be back. This is the perfect place to stay.

Great location!

The only reason we gave three star for cleanliness was the dirty carpet and cobwebs behind the headboard. Great location to everything and such a beautiful setting. The owner was also very responsive.

Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time at the condo! The listing was accurate and it actually was better then we imagined! Great location, right across from the pool/sauna and tennis courts and easy access to walking paths. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome spot in sunriver

This was a great place to stay! We had 6 people and we all slept comfortably in very nice beds (even the pullout couch sleeper was brand new!) and we had plenty of room to play games, gather to eat, and relax with the entertainment system. The jacuzzi tub in the place was an added bonus to the master room. The kitchen had all the tools needed to make multiple meals. Check in was easy, even after hours, and the owner sent messages to welcome us and be sure we had all we needed, multiple times during our stay. The shared jacuzzi for the building is also super nice. You can't beat Sunriver's bike and walking paths right out the door and this condo is super near the SHARQ and Village one way, and the park the other. 10/10 rating for this place, we will be back! Thanks Mark!

Awesome place and location!

We had an amazing time! The place was amazing and the location was amazing too! The whole family had an unforgettable time, playing in the snow and walking on the path. Walking distance to the Sharc facility and very close to the Village center. I recommend this to a family or a couple retreat!

We are both born and raised Oregonians. As beautiful as all of Oregon is, our favorite place to relax and vacation is in Sunriver.

Sunriver is the perfect place to relax and have fun year around. We now have our unit available to us 24 weeks a year, but we still work and only have a few weeks of vacation, so we have decided to rent the weeks we are not using so that other people can enjoy our condo and Sunriver too.

We bought into this condo because it is not only our favorite place to stay and vacation, but also the place we can picture ourselves enjoying during retirement.

We love all the seasons at Sunriver. Summer is the perfect time to enjoy everything Sunriver and Central Oregon have to offer. Fall is a particularly beautiful time of the year when the weather is still good and Sunriver is less busy. Winter is very peaceful, quiet, and serene at Sunriver, especially when it's covered in snow! Spring rains do not stop us Oregonians from having fun indoors and outdoors.

We fell in love with The Ridge at Sunriver. Besides it's beautiful wooded grounds and natural landscaping, The Ridge has it's own updated private pool with large lounging area perfect for reading and soaking in the sun. There is also an outdoor hot-tub that is available year around. The Ridge Office is open every day of the week with helpful staff. The Ridge also has a large community room with ping-pong, games, books, and movies. One of our favorite features is The Ridge's private tennis and pickleball court.

Our condo is Unit 20 and we love it's location and orientation. It's located right across from the tennis and pickleball court and close to the pool, hot tub, office, and community room. It's on the 2nd floor which we love because of it's woodland views. It also has vaulted ceilings, skylights, and lots of windows which give our condo a very spacious open feel with lots of light.

The Ridge is perfectly located right next to the SHARC water park and a pleasant one mile walk to the Sunriver Village. Another beautiful wooded one mile walk in the opposite direction gets you to Fort Rock Park with playgrounds, ball fields, and pickleball courts.

We start relaxing the minute we get in the car to go to Sunriver, because we know how peaceful it is. No matter what time of the year we go we know there will always be lots of fresh mountain air, blue sky and sunshine. We love the long walks and bike rides, golfing at any one of the beautiful Sunriver or local golf courses, tennis or swimming, or just going for a day hike or drive to one of the many mountain lakes or scenic areas nearby. Our unit is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place for reading a book in front of the fire, playing games or putting together a big puzzle, or watching our favorite movies on the big screen TV. Wireless Internet makes it easy for us to check in to our work. The full kitchen has everything we need to cook without the need to go out.
