Enjoy this peaceful winter season in our warm and comfortable home! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single-story home can sleep up to 8 guests. Located in north Casa Grande's McCartney Ranch neighborhood, you'll find easy access to freeways; This is your gateway to Phoenix and Tucson. Close to popular pickleball venues and activities. Grocery stores, gas stations, and a variety of restaurants, and retail shopping within 2 miles. About 10 mins from downtown Casa Grande, 1 hour from Phoenix and 1.5 hours from Tucson. In the summer months, guests can keep cool in a stylish, private pool on the property. Driveway and/or street parking is available. Competitive prices but never compromising quality. Two families with kids. Plenty of room. Gracious accommodating hosts!! Pool time was great. Clean, comfortable. 5 stars.

4.8 stars. House worked perfect, great location and a safe friendly neighborhood.

I stayed at the house April10-16, 2024. I gave the house 4.8 stars and not a full 5 stars only due to some cosmetic issues. The owners were super great to work with and promptly answered any questions. The house was very neat and clean, well maintained indoors and well stocked with kitchen utensils, although a toaster would have been great. The bathroom supplies were well stocked. The beds were little hard for my liking, but definitely served their purpose. The only reason I did not give 5 stars: 1: The back yard landscaping looked like it had been neglected. The rock was not leveled at all and was impossible for my elderly father to walk on and there were a lot of weeds. The front of the house was very nice. The large yellow rose bush by the front door was in full bloom and smelled awesome. 2: The bathrooms were missing towel racks on the walls. You could see where the racks should be, but they were missing. 3: There were no extra garbage bags to put into the kitchen garbage can. Not a big deal, easy to buy. 4: Even though the daytime air temps had been in the mid 90's, the pool was pretty chilly. It cools off a lot at night in the desert in the springtime. Too cold for my elderly father. Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY. And I would highly recommend the house. The location, neighborhood and available nearby stores and restaurants made it ideal.

We enjoyed our stay, if we needed something it was dropped off in a timely matter, I would maybe put a motion lite up by the grill area, as when when we started to grill it was lite out but before the food was done he was pitch black so a lite would be nice right there.

5+ STAR STAY

I would rate this a 6 star property if I could. The owner clearly pays attention to detail, is great at communication, and focuses on the customer experience. The property was modern and very clean. The layout of the house was nice and master bedroom was huge. The house was furnished with enough dishes, towels, and basic supplies that we didn't need to purchase anything. The owner thought of everything we would need and furnished it. We really appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely stay hear again if in the area or would feel confident and comfortable booking at any other property this owner has listed. Very impressed, thank you! Brian, Angie, and Family!
