The bike path is nearby if you decide to bring your bikes or rent them on the island. Newly remodeled, Beach Decor, spacious breezeway with new furniture, laid back and relaxing space. BBQ grill, small flower garden. You can also rent golf carts for the day or week. You will see Sand Island Light house to the south and the best sunsets to the west. Food Trucks and fresh veggies in the park located at Cadillac Square, and the Market in The Park, near the water tower. Washer and dryer, new internet TV's and lots of space. Our condo was roomy, clean and very well equipped, beach very accessible, kids really enjoyed the pool. Dauphin Island is a very layed back environment, if your looking for great beaches and fewer crowds it is a great vacation spot, would definitely recommend!!

The condo association has been working hard to make repairs to the down stairs unit over head. All is complete with final inspections. The upstairs unit at this site has installed a new bathroom, updates the flooring mostly with tile floors. Painting, new decor and also added to the breezeway an all new lounge area. He has also added a nice new flower garden just off the deck. The community has added lots of landscaping and updating thru out the complex as well as the pool area. Thanks again for the review.

Communication was great.Condo as expected. Was not fault of owners but unfortunately, trip was cut short by incoming weather from tropical storm & seaweed on beach.

Overall the property was pretty great. The pool is easily accessible. There are showers to wash off the sand once you get off the beach and the beach is about 150-yard walk which is not bad at all. There's a lot of privacy on the beach. We were there during spring break and we normally share the beach with maybe another 10-15 people spread out over a couple football fields so pretty great! There's definitely a lot of value for your money with the property

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was spacious and clean, nice pool, the beach was a couple mins away, restaurants close by, quiet neighborhood. We hated to leave and will definitely be back!

Nice stay on Dauphin

Quiet and clean. Plenty of room for cooking, games and sleeping. Close to everything with a very nice beach without many people. If you like private sunrises and sunsets this is an excellent place to stay!

Relaxing island stay

Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach—where you can walk for miles, if you’d like. Enjoyed the friendly island culture and the history and nature here. We liked the open floor plan and seashore decorations of the condo.

Over all it was good. She couldn’t find our reservation and was pretty short with us until she found it. There are repairs that need to be done to the apartment, but over all it was good

Nice Getaway

Our family and I enjoyed staying here and exploring Dauphin Island. The location and beach was great. The pool was drained on our second day there for yearly cleaning so that was a bummer. The condo had everything we needed, had some issues with the doors sticking and not closing all the way. Would definitely come back.

Very nice place to stay and relax

We knew about Dauphine Island for a long time and decided to get it a try to stay here . The condo is great, very close to the beach , the owner has beach cart, chairs, swimming boards and umbrella available , that was very convenient!! The condo is clean and decorated beautifully, there are games available to enjoy evenings . Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is equipped very well and has almost everything you need for cooking. Pretty quiet and safe area to stay. We enjoyed our vacation! The owner is a pleasure to contact and responded immediately.

The location is great but the unit itself, is dated and could use some work. When we arrived, the only light in the main area strobed terribly. The maintenance guy was sent and said the entire fan needed to be replaced, so we were without light. The microwave has peeling paint inside of it, and the door has been glued back together. The carpet is very dirty and we felt like we always needed to keep shoes on. Overall, it didn’t negatively affect our trip, however we expected more.

1-2 minor inconveniences aren’t worth mentioning. Would recommend and would stay here again. Very private and quiet area, low crowds at beach and overall great place with pool and beach. Host very friendly and quick response time.

Very nice and clean, people around us that lives there were very nice and welcoming. A really long walk to the beach. And the pool area is not handicapped accessible.
