The quaint resort and cabin was well maintained and updated. The cabin was stocked with everything you could need. Wonderful desk and view of the lake. Great for small groups of families. Highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay here! It had everything we needed. We especially loved the deck; had coffee there every morning, enjoying the beautiful lake view.

The property as a whole was very good. There was only two of us, so plenty of room. The only problem we did have was the kitchen area was not clean. There was hair in the utensil drawers which prompted my wife to empty and clean all the drawers. The Keurig coffee maker had a green algae like film inside the water tank. The waffle maker (which we did not use) looked like someone used it and put it away without cleaning it. The parking is very tight side to side.

My family really enjoyed this property! So close to everything, affordable, and great for kids! My children really enjoyed fishing off the 4 docks! We will definitely be returning for more fun!

Great Location to Bike Trails/Alexandria

We loved the cozy property and lake frontage view of Lake Darling. The accommodation fit us well (2 adults and 2 children). The quick ride to the bike trails was excellent. We would stay again.

Very clean except microwave and bath rugs - those needed attention. Otherwise, great stay! Quiet, comfortable and great location. Would return.

We would stay here again.

The cabin was recently updated and very clean. Beautiful lake view. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen supplies. We did cook our meals while there. Enjoyed bike riding on the Central Lakes Trail and visiting the Runestone Museum.

Great view of the lake and proximity to the water. Groiunds well maintained. Unit had many drawers filled with owners property. Appreciated that paper products were available to use. Shower size was the only negative.

Cute Cabin on "The Lake"

It's kind of the classic/quintessential "Minnesota Cabin By The Lake." Close enough to town that all of the amenities are within a 10ish minute drive, but tucked into the side of the lake to make it feel secluded. The place is small, it was just the 2 of us and we felt it would have been tight with any more people. It was clean and well provisioned.

Mid-Week Biking Get-a-Way

Perfect place to stay to bike both the Lake Wobegon and Central Lakes biking trails. The cottage was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. We swam twice, great clean lake, would have been nice to have a ladder on the deep side of the dock to be able to get out easier. Other than that, perfect. Will probably come back next year.

Cabin very clean and comfortable. Was supplied very well with bath towels and wash cloths. Nice kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies. Convenient to anywhere we wanted to go yet very quiet. Nice for a couple. Would stay again.

Cabin is a blessing to stay in....has everything!!! I am a clean freak so I cleaned the window seals and placed pillows on floor as they may have gotten wet at some point. Nice touch to replace those:)Thank you! Thank you!

The property has MANY kitchen amenities not shown or listed in the property summary (Keurig, drip coffee, air fryer, toaster, ice maker, slow cooker). Fully stocked pots, pans, and other supplies. Plenty of kitchen, bath, and beach towels, blankets, and such. This is all very appreciated.There is firewood available - ask the host or look around under the blue tarp.No marshmallow sticks, so pack some if you want s'mores.The view of the lake is AMAZING!Great location, easy drive to town.There are many steps to the lake but don't be intimidated, easy climb.Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
