Property was as described. Clean and suited our purposes. We had a miscommunication with the owner but it was resolved. To his credit, the owner has integrity. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay in Philly! The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Kenyatta is a super responsive host. We appreciated her help during the stay (and before). We would definitely book here again.

The house was perfect for our needs for this trip. The host was super friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and the location was great for everything we wanted to do!

Very clean house and easy walking distance to Aldi for groceries and some nice restaurants. Host was very communicative and responded quickly. They even checked in with me mid stay to make sure everything was ok which I thought was very nice.

Weekend in Philly

Our stay in Philly was excellent. The home was clean and communication with property owner was wonderful. I would recommend a stay at this cozy South Philly home.

Great location

Our stay was very nice. Neighbors were friendly and it was a quiet neighborhood close to the subway and easy to ride the bus. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We found parking out front (a little tight on a one way street for a larger vehicle), but we parked and walked for the weekend. Would love to stay again.

Springsteen Bucket list Trip to Philadelphia

Property offered simple comfort and home base for various excursions. 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Citizens Bank Arena (and casino) and a broad spectrum of dining options. I would plan to visit the Cozy South Philadelphia Home when my travels take me to the Philly.

Great Location

While staying in the city for a convention, we found the location very convenient. While there is no actual parking for the house, each night we found parking close. It was a nice neighborhood, and the neighbors were friendly. We found using an Uber for runs to restaurants was very convenient as well.

South Philly Rowhouse

Thanks for the complimentary water in the fridge. We enjoyed our stay. It was 4-5 blocks from the Broad Street line which we utilized for the sports complex and center city. It was hot while we were there, but the cooling systems were sufficient to keep us comfortable.

Great spot!

The property was warm and inviting! The owner was very communicative and got back to me with my questions in a timely manner. The Keurig didn't work but the owner brought a new one later in the same day. I’d recommend staying here:)

South Philly Charm

Home conveniently located near public transportation and great food options. I definitely recommend using public transportation during your stay and even maybe to arrive/leave. The very narrow streets offers limited parking options, but that isn’t uncommon for Philadelphia. Host was very communicative and offered great dining options in the area. Home has charm and was comfortable for our weekend stay.

Awesome

This Row house's location is great. Close to the airport, Citizens Banks Park, downtown, and some great Philly cheesesteak locations. We had a rental car and parking was a little hard, but very doable. Since we went during the summer months, an AC unit in the rooms is very helpful. Kenyatta responded quick to a door locking situation that was our fault. We'd stay here again!

Perfect Phillies weekend!

I surprised my 7 year old and my mom with a trip to Philly. After extensive research I selected this home and it was the biggest blessing! I checked all the crime reports, location of public transportation, the distance to old Philly and more importantly- Citizen Park. This place checked all my boxes! The neighbors always gretted us w a smile, it wad so easy getting to and from the stadium, the host was so unbelievably kind and the house had everything we needed and more! The house was very spacious, check-in was very easy and check-out was amazing. The host worked with us on a later check out to accomodate our flight. No one does that. We can't wait to go back! Thank you again!

Senior Trip for Grandson

We had an amazing time. We arrived by Uber, which is the best way, because there is NO parking. ALL Street parking. The home is 2 stories. 2 Bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs. The stairway is at an angle and wide enough for your and your luggage. Both bedrooms have TV and ceiling fans. One bedroom is Queen the other is a Double. Lots of space for your clothing and hangers are provided. Bathroom has a walk in shower and the water is HOT. We arrived after dark and finally found door dash to bring our diner. However had we known there is a mexican restaurant right around the corner. But it being dard we did not want to venture out. A few breakfast resturants within walking distant. A convenience market within walking distant for snacks and sodas, etc. Urber was a quick drive to all attractions. We have no issues with urber. Host was very helpful when I text her for information. My grandson (17 yrs) like the home and was glad we did not stay in a hotel.
