✨ Your Winter Retreat in the `Heart of Canmore`
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite is located in a luxurious community in the heart of Canmore, a short walk from downtown shops and restaurants.
Explore the many pathways right at your doorstep, or just minutes drive to Canmore`s parks. You will be 15 minutes drive to one of Canada`s natural treasures in Banff National Park with endless options for outdoor activities.
Come home to soak in the outdoor hot tub, relax in front of the fireplace, or sit on our deck and enjoy the view.
This mountain retreat is located in Spring Creek, considered to be the heart of Canmore. Our condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a thick-foam-mattress-pull-out-sofa in the living room. We proudly offer luxurious bedding, plush bath towels, local natural bath products from Rocky Mountain Soap Co, and premium shampoo and conditioner from Moroccan Oil. The unit has just been repainted and refurbished.
The fully appointed kitchen (spices, tea, coffee, plastic wrap, tin foil, paper towel, cookie sheets and other baking pans) and in-suite laundry provides you with everything that you need to make your experience feel as close to home as possible. Our unit has a private walk out patio with quick access to the outdoor pathways. Make use of the BBQ and/or lounge on our patio & soak in the view of Mount Rundle & Ha Ling peak.
Guests have access to the entire unit except for the supply closet. Building amenities include an outdoor hot tub, gym, and games room which are free for you to enjoy during your stay. In addition to the in-suite washer and dryer, the building offers further laundry facilities that can be used for a small fee.
Our condo is perfect for families and couples who are looking for the ultimate mountain getaway.
Canmore is nestled in the Rocky Mountains and makes for the perfect four-season playground: enjoy world-class ski hills, hiking trails for all levels, mountain biking, golfing, and water activities (canoe, kayak, etc.). There are plenty of options to explore in the immediate area, but hop in the car to discover the wonders of Banff (15min drive) or Lake Louise (45min drive). Count on breathtaking views and once in a lifetime experiences.
Whether you choose to see the Rockies from great heights in a helicopter ride, embark on a hike, or head out to enjoy the snow on skis, snow shoes or dog sledding, your next adventure awaits!

A secure underground parking stall is available for the duration of your stay. The resort also offers additional outdoor visitor parking and street parking is plentiful.
Walking distance to all of the local shops and restaurants in downtown Canmore; Peruse local artisans, unique shopping, local breweries, and delicious restaurants.
Spring Creek is a gorgeous neighborhood, located at the very heart of downtown Canmore.
Rundle Cliffs Lodge is situated between two mountain streams, each with beautiful trails that will frame your 5 minute walk to Main Street.
The Town of Canmore has pedestrianized Main Street, increasing mobility and allowing for safe distancing while continuing to provide an experience like none other in Canada.
The condo is only a short 5 minute walk from downtown shops and restaurants.
The location is easily accessible from #1 Highway.
If you don`t have a vehicle, Roam Transit provides access to all of Canmore & Banff (#3 to Banff, #4 & #5 in town). Bus stops are located only a few minutes walk away.

Welcome to our Luxurious Vacation Home!
Thank you for choosing our high-end home for your vacation. We kindly ask you to respect our property and adhere to the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
1. Quiet Hours and Balcony/Patio Use: Canmore noise bylaw quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am.
Please refrain from using the balcony/patio during these hours. Noise violation fines range from $50 - $300, and any incurred fines will be charged to the guest.
2. Shoe Removal and Indoor Slippers: Kindly remove your outdoor shoes upon entering to protect our cherry hardwood floors. We recommend bringing some indoor slippers for your comfort.
3. Smoking, Vaping, and Drugs: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or non-prescription drugs are permitted on the premises. A fine of $1000 will be charged for any evidence or complaints of such activity.
Guests will also be responsible for any resulting housekeeping or damage costs.
4. Dryer Usage: Please keep the door of the laundry room open while using the dryer to prevent condensation damage. (There is a water container in the top left corner of the dryer which will need to be emptied between uses)
5. Sports Equipment and Facility Usage: Sports equipment such as skis, bikes, and golf bags are not allowed in the home. Rules regarding hot tub, games room, and fitness room usage must be followed to avoid a fine.
6. Patio/Deck Dining: Please use unbreakable dishware provided for patio/deck dining.
7. Complimentary Toiletries: Enjoy high-end shampoos, conditioners, and soaps (Rocky Mountain Soap and Moroccan Oil) provided for your use during your stay. Missing bottles will be charged at $75 per item.
8. Extra Charges and Fees: please refer to details provided in unit for possible additional charges
9. Please note a fee of $50 will apply for use of the sleep sofa unless the extra guest fee has been charged already (extra guest fee charged for 5 or 6 guests)
10. We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as interruptions of cable, internet, electricity, water, or exterior noise.
