The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa (linens not provided) and an ocean view balcony with furniture. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and an oceanview balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a small balcony. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds and a small balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Central Heat & Air. Ceiling fans in every bedroom! High Chair & Port-A-Crib!

No Smoking. No Pets.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Linens and Towels Provided (weekly stays only, linens not provided for Queen Sleeper Sofa).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
