Gorgeous studio in central Chelsea located on the Flower Street. The studio is located in the center of it all near night life, Gallerias, Restaurants, Shopping, Cafes and Transportation. Broadway, Chelsea, 5th Avenue, Museum Mile, Times Square.

We invite you to a clean, neat and well-designed studio with a private, full bath and a fully equipped kitchen.

The studio can sleep up to two guests.
It has a Queen size bed

We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and one towel per person upon arrival.

The unit is fully furnished. You would have the apartment exclusively to yourself. WiFi and utilities are included in the cost of the rental. There is one flat screen television for your viewing pleasure.

Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM. Departure is prior to 10AM.

This is a walk up building with no doorman or elevator. We do not have luggage service, mail or package service.
There may be construction and street noise in the area on West 28th St which we cannot control or be responsible for.

Good stay not perfect

Was a fine stay I really just needed a place to sleep but the shower pressure was basically non existent and the temperature was either freezing or way to hot and the noise outside was horrible I know there isn’t anything that can be done a bout that but it wasn’t great overall it was fine

As she stayed with us manymonths, we were surprised by her comments. NY has a mandatory law for water preservation requiring lower water pressure. Had we known during her months long stay (although she never messaged us) we would have done our utmost to assist her. As to sound, Chelsea is a popular area and she may not have been used to the urban sounds of the Chelsea neighborhood

The apt is a great space. It’s nice having all the amenities I needed: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, dish cleaning supplies. The apt was as roomy as the pics show-the furniture is moved to a better functionality. It’s in a great location! Close to subway, midtown and 1/2 way to anywhere you’d want to go. There are several stores close by and plenty of places to eat-very convenient!Only a couple minor considerations: it’s in the middle of the flower district and they start early-5:30am every day…. Since it’s a second floor-you hear everything-and I’ve lived all over Manhattan… so I understand NYC noise. By the end of my 2 months here-I was usually able to sleep thru it. The couch needs to be replaced. I needed to sit on a pillow; you could feel the frame. So please know-no one should have to sleep on the couch (it’s labeled as a 4pp). Other than that-it was a great stay!

Great location, easy to comute using subway station a few meters from the studio

Location is definetly one of the best things, close to everything. This neiborhood is very active, a lot of flower stores and constructions so it can be a bit noisy (no different from most streets well located like this). Walk distance to many subway lines, good restaurants, markets, laundry, everything one might need. The host uses to respond quickly to inquires regarding minor maintanences and genetal questions (e.g. air conditioning broke and they replaced in a matter of hours). This studio is on the 2nd floor but not a long stair to get there. I was there for 8 weeks and had a very pleasant experience. Definitely would stay there again.

It was a pleasure having Rogerio as our guest and we look forward to his next visit. We try our best to be very responsive and to provide our guests with the utmost experience that we can. Their comfort is key and we try to make it as fluid as possible.

Perfect for a month visit to NYC -

Perfect location, but busy street activity in the early morning as it is in the Flower (delivery?) area, and the studio faces the street. It was safe, no bugs, easy to keep clean (but I had to buy cleaning things other than a broom), and very comfortable bed, duvet, dishes, furniture. The building is run by John and he was very helpful, I would rent there again.
