Home 1 mile from Lake, Casino, and Skiing

This vacation home is situated one mile from Heavenly Ski Resort, 24 hr Casinos, and the Lake. This property has everything and more to make your Tahoe experience memorable. Featuring over 2000 sq ft of living space and a very open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Relax in the outdoor hot tub, or in the master soaker bathtub for two. Entertain with ease; the downstairs features a spacious Living Room, Dining area, and large Kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops. All bathrooms have granite counter tops and beautiful showers/baths. There is a huge wrap around deck with views of both Heavenly and Mt. Talliac. Complete with outdoor furniture and grill. There is plenty to do from horse shoes and bocce ball outside, to pool and foosball inside.
Each bedroom is furnished with beautiful handmade log furniture to give you that wonderful Tahoe vacation feel. The entire house is heated with infloor heating to keep you nice and toasty after a hard day of skiing.

The land is over 12,000 sq ft with a fenced in backyard. The kids can play in the backyard without any worries, plenty of room to build snowmen. There is a 9-hole golf course about 1/4 mile away. You are also less than a mile from Highway 50 where you can find great shopping and restaurants.
The downstairs has a brand new 55' Smart TV, DVD player, and surround sound. The master bedroom has a new 50' Smart TV, as well as the front bedroom with bunks. We offer free wifi.

This property has all the comforts of home. You are just minutes away from Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, and the lake. Connolly beach is 1 mile away and you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, para sail, and more. Safeway grocery store is just blocks away. Great option for staying in South Lake Tahoe!

Good location, especially if you are visiting with family, everything is close by. Home is clean and has a-lot of amenities for a family stay! Will book again in future.

Very close to town. Awesome Jacuzzi set up that was clean and reliable. Overall an awesome place to stay for a family or group. 4 min to heavenly valley ski resort too.

Great South Lake Tahoe visit!

The house was great! Easily accessible from town and plenty of space for all of us. The layout was perfect for our group with the common area and the pool table.

The property was amazing, it was exactly as described and very clean it was easy to make that place our home for the few days we were there. The master bathroom was nice and updated with a huge tub.

Comfy, clean cabin & conveniently located-perfect for a large family get together

We had a wonderful time at this well maintained home. Plenty of room and a perfect layout for entertaining and the great room with the pool table was a hit for all ages. You can enjoy the quiet and serenity of the neighborhood and drive just 5 minutes away to all the fun stateline has to offer. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. We look forward to planning our next trip here during the winter time to take advantage of the close proximity to Heavenly.

Terrific summer stay for the whole family

Mattresses are great, as well as the bedding and the towels. Lots of screened windows to open at night when it's cool. Nicely appointed bathrooms and kitchen. Amazing instant hot water and good water pressure. Comfy couches in the main room in front of the downstairs TV. Nice wrap-around deck. Not far from the lake, from Stateline; good central location.

Tahoe Tradition

This home is very comfortable. Plenty of room to move around. The younger adults as well as the older adults loved having the pool table. Kitchen was adequately stocked and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals here. We liked that they keep the backyard landscape natural so we could watch the cottontails, doves and other birds enjoy their breakfast in the morning. All in all it is a great home and location.
