The room was a decent size, it has an outdoor courtyard, with seats. The bed was not all that comfortable, hence the 4 stars. Its thin and my sciatica flared up. The AC works well, the tv was nice and big and the fridge was cold. Key was easily accessible and Anthony replied to emails and questions so quickly!

The description is accurate. A great place for a couple to stop and go before or after the airport stay. Great location! Next to food, beaches and grocery. Easy to find and easy to checkin.

Super safe, so close to the beach. Loved the ability to walk everywhere! Note that this is a room so the space is small, but you will have access to a very decent sized refrigerator and a microwave. The shower did not have hot water, but it was tolerable as PR is hot! AC worked really well.

Great Location and Nice Room!

As a solo traveler, I was very nervous to stay in a Vrbo but I had a great experience! The host was quick to respond and was very flexible, allowing me to extend the booking date and check out times. The place was clean and it comes with some beach towels which was very convenient. The only thing is that there wasn't hot water. But other than that it was fantastic!

We had a 25 hour layover and didn’t want to sleep at the airport. This place was perfect for that. Really close drive from the airport, walking distance to the beach and several dining options. We ate at the tomate and it was great!!

This was a very nice place to sleep, only down fall in my opinion is the shower didn’t have very good hot water. Otherwise, a wonderful location!

Just what we needed

Needed a crash pad for the night near the beach and this spot was perfect. Walkable to everything we needed, including the beach. Good place, great host.

Awesome little room with everything needed. Very convenient location for walking to the bars, restaurants, beaches, and 24 hour grocery store. Easy to get affordable Uber rides. Host was very prompt & froendly with responses. I would stay again.

A quaint getaway spot

The place is situated in absolutely perfect location walking distance to the beach and really nice restaurants. Its quiet, comfortable, low key and has a true island vacation feel to it. I highly recommend.

Deplorable Conditions – Should Be Condemned This property was absolutely deplorable and should not be listed for rent. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unacceptable. The entrance was filthy and chaotic, with dirty surfaces and a complete lack of upkeep. Inside, it only got worse—floors were grimy, the sheet had a hole in it, and the overall cleanliness was nonexistent. The room itself was in horrible condition: cracked walls, random patches of different paints, and a general sense of neglect and disrepair. It felt completely unlivable and unsafe. While the location was convenient and the manager responded quickly, that’s where the positives end. The state of the property made it impossible for us to stay but we had no choice. We attempted to contact Expedia to cancel and book a new place but were unsuccessful. This property should be taken off the platform. It is a disaster and a complete misrepresentation. Travelers beware.

Perfect location

The place was very neat. Anthony is awesome. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place for you but if you just want a place to sleep that is clean, comfortable and not noisy then I recommend it

Great location on a side street minutes from the strip & beach. Pleanty of eateries, gas stations and 24hr grocery store nearby. Quiet street. The water pressure in the shower was low but other than that, it was a good stay

Nice, clean, cozy stay

Property was clean, convenient, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Anthony was responsive and his property was perfect for our short stay. I liked sitting out at the table and enjoying the breeze in the courtyard. We felt safe and the fruit was a nice surprise. Close to plenty of food options! We will book again.

It was good

It was very good honestly. The only thing was the neighbors that were super loud and made my husband uncomfortable. Very good overall. Air conditioning and fresh water, for the weather of Puerto Rico is great. Nice location as well. Ubers are cheap!

Property is basically as advertised. Nothing fancy but all basic needs met. Shower in unit was a bit wonky. Area felt safe (solo female traveler) and was generally quiet (guests in other units on the property had a few very loud conversations). It was an easy walk to a decent selection of food spots and a beach and a quick Uber away from the airport or Old San Juan. I did not have a car but there was parking space available.

The place is a bit dirty and old. I found a worm in the bathroom, and also a cockroach. No one contacted me to ask if I needed anything. The only good thing is that it is in a place close to restaurants and the airport.

The room was of a reasonable size, but i think a deawer for clothes need to be added to the rooom and not jusr the rod to hang some clothes on the corner. I wasnt comfortable with the door that communicated to the room next to mine and there,was no water one day. But it was really centraly located with easy accesss to everywhere i wanted or needed to go, i was not bothered by nobody, it was clean and provided towels to take to the bea h.

Amazing and safe

Extremely clean! I loved this place. I stayed by myself as a woman and it was very safe and quiet. I walked around the area after dark alone and it was very safe. Very well lit. There was a table with some amenities of things in case you forgot something. Beach chairs, beach towels, tampons, sunscreen etc. The unit has everything. Iron, ironing board, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker with coffee, sugar and even oatmeal. Shampoo and conditioner are located on the wall of the shower with extras under the bathroom sink. I come to this area every year and this is the first place I have never seen 1 bug. Not one! Not an ant, not a mosquito, not a fly not a roach. Seriously, nothing. I’m very impressed. It’s a 4 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. Many restaurants and bars are about a 6 minute walk. This place is amazing and I can’t wait to come back. I’m a host myself, so I am very picky but this unit was exceptional. I stayed a little bit after check out and I was not rushed out. Highly recommend!
