Grandma Sang's Bed & Breakfast allows you to experience a peaceful getaway that will allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of nature in the backyard enclosure. During the cold months, there are windows that have an amazing panorama of the yard. In the entertainment room, you can watch the birds at the feeder. If you are one for movies, the master bedroom as well as the entertainment room both have 75 inch televisions. Traveling on business or need a workspace for staying on top of your online needs? The second bedroom has a desk to serve that purpose. Otherwise, use this time to unplug and read a book. You could also book a massage or yoga session while at our location. Ask for details in advance or while you are here. Expect high standards when it comes to cleanliness. We pride ourselves on making sure that everything is exceptional for keeping our guests safe. We clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces. We follow a checklist that is enforced with our cleaning staff. Come and enjoy!

We were only sorry that we were only there one night. Dawn was very communicative, actually met us at the door to show us around and answer any questions. Her house is immaculate and there are beautiful, well-tended plants everywhere. Such a comfortable place. Just beautiful. Also, dropped off bread the next morning to go with the eggs in the fridge

Eggs, bagels, orange juice, and tea provided by owner hit the spot for breakfast. Comfy bed, properly heated bathroom (for a cool night), and very well kept environment. Great place.

Dawn was such a lovely host! She was flexible with our check-in and was so happy to show us around the property. We were so happy to stay here as the home was lovely and very welcoming.

This house was conveniently located because it was on the way to the start of our Great Alleghany Passage bike ride in Pittsburgh.Dawn communicated with us everything we needed to know and was an exceptional host.The house was clean and our sleeping accommodations were perfect.There was a small discrepancy with the Vrbo pricing for extra guests that we discussed in advance and agreed to pay for, so it is recommended that you discuss this at the time of booking this property to avoid any surprises. Even with the added cost, the price for this property in this area could not be beat!I highly recommend reserving this Vrbo property.

The host was extremely welcoming and felt like a long-time friend when we were done talking as she told us about the house. What a truly wonderful person with an incredible family.The house was very easy to find and was a quiet oasis that we were able to return to during a very busy couple of days. The plants were beautiful and the setup was very welcoming.

Wonderful & convenient!

Grandma Sang’s B&B is just lovely. And very convenient for Lower Burrell. We really enjoyed the backyard patio for breakfast and relaxing. The space is very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend; we would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

We were in town visiting family and wanted to stay close to them. This house was a perfect location and very comfortable to sleep in! Dawn was great and very responsive!

Very nice place!

Dawn was very welcoming, had small nice touches throughout the house including various food items. The location was great! Check in and check out was easy.

Family visit

My wife and I were in town for Mother’s Day weekend visit with family. Location was excellent for where we needed to be and visit. Property was comfortable, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood.

Home away from home

Very nice place to stay. All the comforts of home and very clean. Close to all of the Pittsburgh activities. Back patio was very comfortable. I am sure a small fire in the fall would be on a crisp night would be great.

Wonderful visit!

Dawn was a kind and gracious host! We were in a hurry for check in due to a nearby event and she walked us through in record time. Her house is immaculate and the downstairs can entertain a nice sized group, while still being comfy and cozy when it's just the two of you. This is an ideal summer stay with a beautiful back porch and yard. Highly recommend!
