Great location, smooth check in even after hours. Room had some issues that made sleeping in the living room on the pull out sofa difficult. The AC in the living room wasn’t working so it was too warm to sleep comfortably. Also there was a clanking noise every 10 or so seconds from the ceiling near the kitchen area. It was not very noticeable during the day but at night it was. It was even audible from the bedroom with the door closed. Also there was a keurig coffee machine but no pods were stocked. The machine had a used pod still in it. Other than these issues the room was nice, clean, and well stocked with everything a guest would need.

Thank you for staying with East West Hospitality. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and had a smooth arrival, though we’re sorry the cooling issue affected your comfort during the stay. We appreciate your patience while we worked with you on a resolution, as well as your additional feedback about the noise and coffee maker. We hope to have the opportunity to provide a more comfortable experience on a future visit.
