Beautiful 5 bedroom house within a short walk to the beach. Parking under this raised beach house for 3-4 vehicles. Great Ocean Views from the covered deck supplied with lots of seating. Inside find a comfy living room with ample seating, including in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, lots of cabinets, washer and dryer, propane barbecue downstairs. Great place to make any meal and enjoy time together. All bedrooms have tv's, comfy bedding, a designated work desk. Four bedroom with queen beds, the fifth has two twin beds. All full bathrooms.

Guests have access to all on-site amenities at Ocean Lakes. This includes, but not limited to: Pools, lazy river, kids pool w/ water climbers, restaurant, general/grocery store, golf cart rental (not included in price), daily activities, etc. Direct Beach Access, Private Beach Access.

Additional Cost:
Vehicle fee paid directly to Ocean Lakes. Once vacation booking has been paid in full. You will receive an email to enter your vehicle information and pay OL directly. Currently (2023) prices are $15.00 a day per vehicle/ $12.00 if express check in. prices are subject to change and at the discretion of Ocean Lakes.

Water Park and Splash zone Hours vary in Off Season or might be closed refer to Ocean Lakes Family Campground waterpark hours or ask Owner. Otherwise Always Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The house was just as advertised, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The management team was very prompt in answering any questions we had and quick to aid in our request for an additional parking pass. Would defiantly stay again or recommend to a friend.

Great family house

The house was perfect! Lots of space for the whole family and very clean. They have every pot, pan and appliance you need. They even had pitchers so we could make our own drinks. We loved spending time out on the deck and were close enough to see the water. We were only like 5 houses down from the beach. Close enough to see the water but far enough away that it was quiet. Any question I had, the owner responded right back to me and was so nice. I would definitely come back to this house and owner again. Thanx for helping us to make great memories on our vacation

Family Get Away

The house was amazing and location 2 min from the beach! the family vacation was wonderful the house was everything we needed for our large family and grand children to feel right at home. Would most definitely stay here again..

This host goes above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. She has excellent communication and is extremely responsive to questions. Will definitely choose to stay with her again next time.

Lots of activities/short walk to the beach/would rent again

Lovely decorated home. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful setting, minimal view of beach. The houses are CLOSE together and you can hear your neighbors conversations. The ‘quiet” hours are not enforced, but people settled down after a couple of nights. Even though my “kids” were there in their 30-40’s, they actually were in bed chilling out with books & tv by 9:30-10 pm. Each bedroom has a tv and that was nice. My granddaughter came to stay for a few days and we did the activities that were offered and she had a blast. The house itself was comfortable. We had trouble figuring out which was the master bedroom, and decided to take the main floor bedroom because of the stairs. The bathroom is very small, no counter space and the heat sensor kept going off if the them went above 74degrees. The rest of the bedrooms were lovely, the kids were happy. I would recommend that the owners consider doing a deep clean of the floors esp around the air vents on the floor which were corroded and had crud around them. The kitchen is very well stocked with blender, toaster, and an air fryer which we used quite often. The oven smoked really bad and probably needed to be self cleaned, I just didn’t want to deal with it. I baked a pan of biscuits on the middle rack and the bottoms burned but the tops weren’t done. My son cooked ribs and cleaned the bottom of the oven manually but it still smoked. The cabinets could use a good cleaning-pots and pan storage area.

We loved this place, about 100 yards from the ocean. ocean lakes is a super fun and lively place to stay. We will be coming back!

This is a fabulous Resort with so many amenities. Although my children are raised, I know how much this resort has to offer families all in one place. A great way to save money with all the amenities at your feet. Also a fully equipped kitchen giving you a choice to make a meal for your family or go out to the many local restaurants. The living room offers spacious seating for watching tv, games or go out on the deck and enjoy the summer breeze.
