This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo boasts a super comfy Queen Bed with plush linen, spacious living room with Queen Size Pull out Sofa Bed, Fully equipped Kitchen, resort style bathroom, and the most relaxing patio!
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire condo! Laundry Room is located on the basement floor of the building.
Other Things to Note:
This unit is a traditional boiler/cooler system that is used throughout the building. There is a unit in each room. Fan speed can be controlled by switching the knobs on the unit. The building switches from AC to Heat and Heat to AC at the appropriate times during each season.
