Located on Marquette's East Crescent Street, this 1910 vacation home in a quiet neighborhood is walking distance from nearly everything including the beach, the Third Street District and even downtown Marquette.

Available for a few days, a week or up to a month - this Marquette rental house is great for a vacation within the city of Marquette.

Completely Furnished
Just bring your suitcase and relax as this comfortable temporary home has everything you need for your short term stay in Marquette.

Downstairs offers a living room with a smart TV, dining room that seats 6, kitchen, full bath, laundry room and office nook.
Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms. One with a queen bed, one with a full (double) bed and one with a twin bed. All bedrooms have smart TV's, nights stands and clothes storage. There is also a half bath upstairs.

Great spot! Close to Third Street, and walkable to the water. The house suited our needs well. We only wish there was somewhere safe to lock up our bikes for the night, and that the outdoor furniture was more comfortable for hanging out in!

The house was exactly as described and very clean. There were many amenities like laundry detergent, soaps, ziplocs, coffee, filters, etc. It was a short few blocks down to the beach and another few to downtown. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. My only complaint is that check in is at 5:00 which seems a bit late. Usually 3:00 is the norm. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to all.

Thanks for all your kind words. We appreciate it. Sorry about the late check-in time. Our standard time is 5pm but will always allow earlier check-in as long as the house is ready. We encourage guests to call me the day before arrival if you'd like to get in early and at that point, I often know what to expect on check-in day.

Dales place was a super comfortable jumping off place for our Marquette adventures. It was really nice to have just a short walk to the beach as well as breweries and restaurants. Was very comfortable for our two kids too. Would definitely stay again!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Dale's place is close to everything, it was easy to walk or bike to the lake or places to eat. The house was lovely and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wintery Weekend Getaway

We stayed 3 nights. This nicely decorated home offered nice linens, plenty of towels and washcloths, and a well-appointed kitchen. The location is walkable to downtown. Would stay here again!

We love this property. It's a cute little house in a great spot...close to the beach, restaurants and a short walk to downtown. This was our second stay here. On our way up, we got a call from Dale that the AC was out and it would be days before it would be fixed. Because of the smoke and heat, we had to get a hotel for several nights. Dale was great!! We were able to use the house if we needed it and he still reimbursed us for several days. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch or in the backyard. The bed is comfortable and having that 1/2 bath upstairs is convenient.The one small thing is the musty smell that comes up from the old basement. The air purifier he has in the living room and the odor absorbers we brought really help but if you are sensitive to that, it could be an issue. We 100% would stay again.

Thanks for all the kind words. Yes, it is unusual to even need AC in Marquette but it was a warm week so we wanted to be fair and we appreciate your understanding too. In regards to the basement, we noticed the sump pump wasn't operating properly so we have had that serviced as well which should reduce the moisture properly now - it's a common issue being so close to the beach.

By far one of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. The house was very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. There were many thoughtful touches and conveniences, such as ample charging outlets, fans/TVs in each room, plenty of towels, etc. In addition, the location is ideal for walking to the beach, downtown, and some of the great dining spots of Marquette. We look forward to staying here again!

Husband and wife owners grew up in Marquette and took years to find this home in a great location which is perfect for visitors to Marquette. They enjoyed updating the property for a couple of years and now letting others enjoy it as well.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Just two short blocks to Marquette's most popular sandy beaches, two blocks in the other direction to the Third Street district including the famous Frosty Treats and Vangos. Also, a short walk (less than 15 mintues to downtown or the Lower Harbor. There is also a bike shop with rentals within two blocks along Lake Shore Blvd. We love walking throughout the area and then relaxing in the very comfortable living area with a big screen TV and thoughtfully decorated by the interior designer/owner.
