Welcome to our amazing penthouse in the heart of Santiago! Located within walking distance from the vibrant Bellavista and Lastarria neighborhoods, there’s an array of fantastic bars, restaurants, & museums at your doorstep.
The true highlight of this stunning penthouse is the incredible rooftop terrace, boasting breathtaking views of the majestic Andes mountains and the iconic San Cristobal hillside park.
Situated in front of the beautiful Parque Forestal, close to prominent metro stations.
The space
The main suite is divided into two rooms with a connecting bathroom. One has an amazing view and small balcony, with a double-sized sleigh bed. The other is a trundle bed that sleeps 2 people comfortably. A curtain separates both rooms in the suite.
The third bedroom has a king-sized bed (with an amazing view), located across from the full size guest bathroom.
The fourth bedroom is a small suite with a connecting bathroom. The Murphy Bed sleeps one.

The 1950’s building is a gem, but the elevator only accommodates 2 people.

The penthouse is located close to major health clinics including: the Catholic University Clinic, Clinica Santa Maria, and Clinica INDISA.
