Welcome to Life on the Links! Located on a golf course, this newly built bungalow has plenty of amenities that will provide you and your guests with a memorable experience. This property is pet friendly and features a double attached garage, wifi, fireplace, outdoor fire pit, fully equipped kitchen and more. With close proximity to restaurants, shopping and local activities, which include golf and public beach access, this destination will not disappoint. Come stay and play!
The Links is a newly built 1400 sq ft bungalow located 4 km north of Gimli and approximately 1 hour from Winnipeg, Manitoba’s north perimeter. The 18 hole golf course is only one of the stunning features of this vacation rental. There are 3 spacious bedrooms for you and your guests. The primary has a king bed, smart TV and ensuite. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (one double and one twin) and a designated work space. The third bedroom has a double bed and all bedrooms have more than enough closet space for your belongings. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room is perfect for sharing meals, games, watching a movie or unwinding by the fireplace. The sunroom is wrapped in windows and overlooks the golf course. Curl up on the sofa (bed) with a good book or use it as a 4th bedroom and close the barn doors off to the rest of the home.
This beautiful bungalow is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and local activities whether you are a winter or summer enthusiast. There is plenty to do around Lake Winnipeg, and Gimli in particular, is a year round resort town that caters to guests wanting to unwind/relax and have fun. If you are strictly here for the golf, there are 5 courses within a 45 minute radius. Our goal is to have the landscape completed in 2024 but we did ensure that even if you decide to stay put at the Links, you have a fire pit to extend your time outdoors. Did we mention that you are a short walk to public beach access? If you are looking for a place to stay and play, this Manitoba destination will not disappoint!

This home is on a quiet cul- de- sac about 5 minute drive from the town of Gimli. Being close to town was a plus for us. It allowed us to explore Gimli, the area and do some shopping. Being not far from the water was so nice. There is a great layout of space to explore your own activities in the home, from the outdoors, pocket doors for quiet space and a well set up kitchen area. We enjoyed lots of light from the outdoors which brought great energy to pick up our day. Overall clean and uncluttered.

Great Bungalow
We had a great stay. The location is only a couple minutes north of the Marina and the home was beautiful. It has a great view of the golf course too!

We had looked forward to our stay for quite some time and it did not disappoint! There are lots of pictures of the inside of this home but not a lot of the outside. There is a 2 tier deck with deck furniture and a table and chairs for eating outside as well as a fire pit and 4 chairs. The views from the sunroom are lovely but the best view is stepping outside. It is beautiful. You can see the golf course which is great but you can also see a bridge and a pond surrounded by reeds and greenery. My husband is a golfer so to sit on the deck and see the grass at the course being cut, sprinklers on for watering and golf carts driving by and watching others take their shot was a lot of fun for him....and yes, he got out there too!!! He really likes the Links course. We also enjoyed our walks around the quiet, pretty neighborhood and the neighbors we met were very friendly. We highly recommend a getaway to this home. Only a few minutes drive into Gimli for some yummy food or a walk on the beach boardwalk ...."Thank you Kris's Fish & Chips and Brennevins for keeping our tummies full while there".

Great stay
We loved our stay! The location was great - close to town but nice and quiet.
The sunroom was great for the kids to play and be able to leave their toys out. The weather was abnormally warm so we were even able to have a fire!
Few things that you may want to bring/note:
- mixing bowls
- measuring spoons
- tupperware
- none of the rooms had lamps

Amazing Property and Location
Kim & Lisa are amazing hosts. Very responsive, attentive and kind - great people!
The property is brand new and very well appointed. It's in a beautiful and peaceful area - my wife and I loved hearing the birds in the morning! And just a short walk from the water.

Nice weekend
We spent a weekend in this nice house. It was spacious and very clean. We found a path bringing us to Loni Beach road so we could walk to Gimli Beach( approx 25 minutes)

Very nice and comfortable. Great with kids and dog. My only note is that usually you would get more at the price point. We had to bring towels and coffee pods, for example.

Hi Maria. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for feedback, there are hand and bath towels on site. Sorry you could not find them. As for coffee, we provide some complimentary Keurig and Nespresso pods. In the check in info, we tell guests to bring their preferred coffee and quantity for lenghth of stay. Respite
Eight of us needed a place to rest our heads throughout our fun-filled, very busy 80th birthday party weekend event. We LOVED the space! Clean, well-stocked, comfortable, trendy, are all words to describe the home. Every one of us said we would stay there again. The property managers were excellent communicators and all went smoothly. We highly recommend it.

Enjoyed the accommodations very much- we brought bikes so we did not have to use the car to go into Gimili- it’s a bit of a walk thus the bikes which worked out great- property was very clean and modern and was perfect having 3 bedrooms- no privacy fencing so it’s pretty open with the neighbours but not an issue for us. Would definitely book again.
