Abbey Farm house is set in a beautiful rural area surrounded by fields, gardens and paddocks on all sides, but with easy access to other beautiful villages or towns like Maidenhead and Bracknell, should you require a change of scenery or retail therapy during your stay. You are walking distance from the famous pub the “Winning Post” where you can enjoy delicious food and a warm welcome.
The area is also renowned for equestrian sports, the property is close to the Berkshire riding school, Royal Berkshire polo club and Guards Polo club.
The town of Ascot is nearby and the property is perfectly situated for a day out at Ascot racing. It borders Great Windsor Park which is great for walking, cycling and horse riding.
This part of Berkshire is also well known for culinary excellence. You have the Belgium Arms in Holyport, The Fat Duck and The Waterside Inn in Bray. Or why not enjoy lunch or dinner at Woven by Adam Smith at the Coworth Park hotel.

On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with a working fireplace, a drawing room with vaulted ceilings, a dining room and a family room. Additionally there is a hidden entrance to the old staff quarters that sits above the kitchen that contains a queen bed and a private bathroom. Finally there are two ground floor suites which both benefit from reception areas and bathrooms, with individual staircases up to mezzanine bedroom areas.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a dressing room and an en suite bathroom and a second bedroom also with an en suite bathroom.
On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and the other has a roll a top copper bath in the corner.
The outside area is very special with a large patio, outbuildings, extensive gardens, outdoor pool (heated) all with views over a private paddock.
