This place was absolutely perfect! It’s conveniently located close to all the local shops and beaches, and also offers a beautiful view of the ocean. The extra amenities really made our stay even more enjoyable, including the snorkel gear, beach chairs, and cooler—those little touches made a big difference compared to staying at a hotel where you would then have to pay extra to rent these items.Greg’s recommendations for local sights and activities were fantastic, and we’re so glad we were able to experience most of them during our stay. We looked at a lot of different places before booking, and we couldn’t be happier that we settled on this one.10/10—we would absolutely stay here again!

This is a loveley condo with all amenities needed. The balcony was a great place with ocean views. Walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the location being located near great beaches, food, and parks. The communication was excellent with the owner and the unit was very clean and cozy with a million dollar view. We spent more time than we would have liked in the condo due to the "Kona Low" where we felt very safe and were thankful for the swimming pool. We will definitely be back soon with fingers crossed for better weather.

Greg is a great host- super responsive and detailed in explanations. We really appreciated the stay at his place. It was the first time that I experienced staying in a rental in Hawaii vs a hotel. It was super handy to have a kitchen and laundry, and Greg was great about having us use whatever equipment was on the property. The pool and hot tub (ages 5) were enjoyable, and having bbq grills there was awesome. It was fun to meet other people on vacation there too!The location is super ideal too. The Cove beach is right across the way- a great spot for beginner surfers. You can take lessons at the nearby surf rental shop. The South Maui Gardens with a big food truck section and garden area is the next block over. You can get a nice variety of dishes there and don't need to drive. Lots of plazas around for rentals and shopping. Thanks for helping make our trip fantastic!! :)

Comfortable and well-appointed condo with a beautiful view of the beach and pool area! The South Maui Gardens food truck and entertainment area just a block was very convenient. We drove to swimming beaches due to the amount of stuff that we had, but access to the Charley Young would be walkable for lighter travelers. Thank you to the host for providing beach chairs, travel cooler, boogie boards, and other beach amenities!

This was our 4th stay and continues to be one of our favorites. Location is superb and with the S. Maui Gardens adding food carts and music we loved it. Would recommend!

Great place to stay. Can't beat the location. We were a half block from our favorite food truck park and had a great view of the cove where we watched the paddle boarders and surfers all week. Excellent sunsets and we loved using the pool. We made a few meals at home and the condo had everything we needed to cook at home or prep sandwiches for the beach. Also loved the use of the beach chairs and cooler. Greg and Nancy have it all for their guests!

Just what we wanted!

Everything was great about our stay, and we can’t wait to go back. The condo was prefect for our needs, we enjoyed the pool/BBQ and made several meals at the condo. It is in a great location, walking distance to lots of fun things and close to the beach.

Convenient to beaches and restaurants in Kihei. Condo was clean, had everything we wanted. Pool was nice and well-maintained. Complex was quiet. Great place for a week of R&R on Maui!
