Guest Count Policy:

The guest count must be approved at the time of booking and must accurately reflect the number of guests staying at the property—no exceptions. Any additional guests added after our initial approval will be charged accordingly, even if the additional guest count is still within the home’s stated capacity.

Our home can accommodate up to 7 guests, but we do not automatically approve 7 guests for every reservation. The approved guest count is based on the specific booking and must be followed.

Failure to follow this policy may result in additional fees and/or cancellation of your stay.

We have this policy because we have had guests who were not honest about the number of people staying at the property. We simply ask that everyone be upfront and accurate about the number of guests so we can properly prepare for your stay.
